Good valeu for the money spent

The property charges unexpected deposit even after i called ahead of time to confirm no deposit. The manager was rude canced my reservation but still attempted to charge my card even after i walked away..

Breakfast was delicious! Also for those wondering, I enjoyed my stay and it was quiet for us and we stayed there 3 nights! Will be coming back again for sure! Parking was great and overall great for the price!

Went to check in, no one in the office, after 10 minutes I called, but by then about 2 or 3 other groups came in to check in as well. Pool is not setup for smaller children, the shallow is 4', which means only good for older kids. The hot tub seemed to have lots of foam on it when the jets were used like soap as put into the hot tub. We had some noisy neighbors at 11 PM.

Room smelled upon entering. We got there and looked around. The room and pool area was much smaller than it looked on the website. There were wires coming out of the hot tub. Carpet wasn't in the best shape; ripped and dirty. Bathroom was super tiny and the door was broke at the bottom on both sides. My husband caught his toe on it. The beds were a bit hard. The window had a small wood rod that was peeling and could easily break. No screen on the window and it did not lock. One of the lights didn't work or an outlet. The TV did not work. My husband told them Saturday morning, due to getting in Friday night. He was told that the desk agent would be there right away. We waited around for a bit, then left. No one came to fix our TV until Sunday and only reason we knew is because I asked Sunday night. I asked for the Supervisor multiple times, she never came to see me or there. She does not respond to customer concerns. I asked for the Supervisor to contact me when we left Monday morning, she is yet to contact me. I told the desk tenant not to clean our room and he never relayed the request. I will never stay there again. I would not suggest anyone to. The hotel needs many updates. It is very ran down. Breakfast was pitiful. We had a hard time with the key cards wanting to work. The main hotel women's bathroom toilet paper roll was taped together. On a positive note, no bed bugs that we saw.

It was a good stay, great hot breakfast, and lots of good coffee. Had some highway noise for a light sleeper. .

Property and our room needed maintenance. Location was good for this trip.
