Checkin was easy, staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious, restaurant had good food. If I had to complain about something it would be how long it took for an elevator.

The glasses in the room were filthy and the shower was dirty.. but overall the room was really nice for the price and the food for breakfast was decent. The front desk staff were standoffish but if you don’t have to deal with them, then no worries

The hotel elevator didn’t go up to the 9th floor where all the suites I assume are. Even though the staff told me if did — which was frustrating until someone staying in the hotel told me it didn’t. So with our two small children, we had to walk outside and then use the service elevator. Which they failed to mention when they let me know the elevators were under repair prior to our visit…
They put us right next to the service elevator which made noise all night - made it next to impossible for our children to sleep
The suite was much smaller in person. The photos were not labeled correctly.
Overall it was a 2/5 rating for me - and only because the staff around the hotel were extremely friendly

Hi,
I had very bad experience. Heat was not working in the room. No maintenance onsite to repair that. I had to stay in the room in Ohio winter cold weather even after talking to staff.
They suppose to check everything before customer check into the room. I requested compensation. However, they denied that as well.
In room, there was missing blinds. It was difficult to rest in day time.

Check in was easy and very friendly ladies at the desk!! Didn’t have breakfast, but it looked very good! Only slight knock I had was the elevators were being worked on and were a bit slow!! Had a great stay!!

Staff was great, room was nice. Only thing wrong was the floors needed to be mopped. Overall staff was great and room was nice.
