The stay was fine The beds were Very comfortable. The heating/cooling unit could not be turned off; a rather old unit I think. So that was a bit aggravating. The bathroom did not have a soap dish which I found odd There were plenty of lights/easy on/off switches The TV .must be relatively old as there are permanent white spots in the picture when it is on The breakfast was good.

For us the location was great! The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service, for the most part, was very good, with the only exception being the gentleman who manned the front desk on arrival. Not friendly at all. It felt like we were an interruption. Breakfast was your standard fair. Scrambled, powdered eggs and sausage or bacon, and make your own waffles. Coffee, juice choices, bagels, and packaged sweets. It was good and it does make for a fast and convenient meal. The WIFI on our floor was horrible! In this day in age, this is unacceptable! I ended up using the computer by the breakfast area to set up our outgoing flight! The building is becoming dated but, there was construction going on so perhaps they are updating. The bathroom did not have a fan or any towel racks. Unfortunately, it appears that people have been using the shower curtain rod as it is tilted downward and you really need to make adjus**ents to avoid a wet floor. There are no handles for the physically impaired. Getting in and out of this slippery bathtub is difficult. Our toilet tank had a leak and frequently had to reload water. Finally, the HVAV is good and it is also loud. But if you have traveled a lot, this is fairly common. An extra note. We decided that we really didn't need a rental and would use Lyft/Uber. It worked well but there is rarely a car nearby. We made sure we allowed time to get picked. Because of its location and that it was typical of a hotel of this ranking, I would stay there again.

Had two nights here in 413. Very comfortable room with two good sized and comfortable beds. Bedding was all clean and fresh with a good number of pillows. I am not a huge fan of carpet, but this appeared clean with no stains or smells. The entrance floor and bathroom were tiled and all were in good condition and clean. The closet had adequate hangers, a laundry bag, iron and ironing board. There was also a small stool to rest a case/bag. Room heater/AC was good but, like most of this type, the thermostat was inaccurate. 62f was more like 68f, but once you get the hang of it you get a comfortable setting. I turned it off at night as the fan kicking in can be a little noisy if you're a light sleeper. Bathroom was clean and in good condition, with some modern looking fittings. Shower had plenty of hot water and super strong pressure. Quite invigourating. Breakfast had a good selection but two issues I had were that they had a pretty useless mini toaster oven to toast bagels, bread etc. Practically useless and it took me over 5 minutes to get a slice of bread even sightly browned. Also, please ditch the horrendous excuse for sausage. Apart from that, everything was great, fresh and again very clean. Staff were on hand to keep everything full and clean. All the staff here were extremely friendly and all greeted me as I walked in and around. The young lady at the desk in the afternoon and evening was very pleasant and nicely talkative. Highly recommended!

Front desk help was amazing! HVAC unit broke down but she was able to move us to another room just across the hall.

The property is rightly located. Nice. Check in was good. Elevator working right. Fitness room- average. No water to drink. Towel to wipe down the equipment. 1-2 not working. Breakfast- continental. Could be better.

It was very clean. Staff was nice. Price was fair. It was easy to get and out of. Plenty of parking and was very convenient to where I was going. I heard the breakfast was very good but I didn't get a chance to try it.

The TV did not work and neither did the phone so that I could get in contact with the front desk. I was informed that they do not clean your room unless you request it. Overall, I probably would not stay at this place again.

Paid for a king sized bed and received a queen or a double. When I complained the hotel staff member told me I could try to find a king sized bed at another hotel. Bait and switch!

There were multiple brown stains on our comforter. We called the front desk and they immediately gave us a new room. However, there were some stains on the pillows and my daughter found a bug in her bed. We would not come back.
