The hotel is out dated and scary. The hallway was so hot it had a heater on in 90 weather. The breakfast was a joke and nasty. The trash can was so gross in the dining area. If someone would take some time and a little money this could be a nice hotel.

The lighting and hallways were a bit creepy. All the unmade rooms did not do much for the brand name. Made us feel unsafe.

The owner is trying to improve . Rooms could be cleaner . I had no towels my whole stay staff did not care

I cane here to this hotel many time hoping i can enjoy the service i booked that have a hot tube but every time i cane here is closed because of aome people booked it or only open until 10 pm or sunday is closed , and today the receptionist told me is closed because nobody is using it, i book this hotel for the hot tube and i don’t get what i paid for .

I would say the TV not working was the worst part, but their customer service is worse than that. They don’t pick up their phone which we needed them to do when my boyfriend lost his retainer. Instead of promptly sending it to him they demanded he send them a prepaid envelope in order to send it. He opted to drive the full hours there and back as he needed it immediately. Trust me when I say that if you stay here please make sure you have everything before you leave.

I understand that you get what you pay for, but even on a budget, and even for Michigan City, this was an awful experience, from the cigarette-reeking room to the filthy common areas. Avoid literally at all costs.

The room was dirty. The shower stopper wouldn't stay open. The hair dryer was missing. I tried to call the front desk 3 times about these problems - but no one answered.

Was mostly ok just a couple spiders and another crawling bug couldn't get my points for Wyndham rewards cause i didn't reserve through them.
