Beautiful new hotel, a warm a**osphere steaming from a mix of chalet and modern design style, nice rooms, friendly staff and good restaurant. All in the middle of the majestic nature of the Canton of Freiburg, ideal for outdoor activities.

I went to eat the Hunting, a really great time, the wild boar cheeks were perfectly cooked and tasty, great sauce and the accompaniment was excellent, a perfectly poached apple! I highly recommend going and tasting what Chef Charlelie offers on her hunting menu.

Great stay. We had booked an offer with an external service provider which included the night, a massage and the evening meal. Sometimes these offers are disappointing but this time, a nice surprise. The hotel is new and the rooms are superb and spacious. Magnificent balcony overlooking the mountain. Perfect massage and attentive and friendly staff. The evening menu was rather simple: green salad with seeds and risotto carrot reduction with serac and a scoop of ice cream. When we heard the announcement, we were almost disappointed, but the taste and quality of the products were there. A delight . Great lunch with really excellent local products! The SPA is also new but rather small. It fills up quickly. Like a desire to return for a stay in this superb region. THANKS !

Hotel very well located and easy to access. Large underground parking space available. The rooms are spacious and functional. The buffet breakfast was very well stocked, well presented and the products were local and fresh. Many varieties of bread available. Didn't have time to take advantage of the wellness area so we had to do it again

Being from the region, we only tested the restaurant. Very good! The Malakoffs were excellent, served with a seasonal salad. Pizza and roesti also very good. The staff was very pleasant and professional. We will come back

Tout était parfait ! De l'accueil chaleureux et professionnel en passant par la découverte des chambres spacieuses et décorées avec modernité et goût. Le spa est aussi une jolie découverte qui nous permet de nous sentir dans un lieu zen et charmant. Les massages sont très agréables aussi et le personnel toujours aussi pro. Le petit dej. est complet et délicieux avec des produits régionaux et de qualité. Nous avons été bluffés par la beauté de ce lieu et du mobilier qui est parfaitement choisi dans tous les différents endroits de l'hôtel. Nous pouvons voir que les matériaux sont nobles et que tout se complète parfaitement. La propreté et le calme sont aussi des points forts de ce lieu. Si je devais trouver une petite ombre, ça serait le peu de transats au SPA mais je suis consciente que l espace de ce petit coin Zen ne laisse pas beaucoup de places supplémentaires pour des chaises. Nous avons trouvé un magnifique hôtel et nous y reviendrons, c est certain.

Très bel hôtel, tout neuf, beaucoup de points positifs, SPA, garage couvert, charmant village. Hélas quelques points négatifs qui devraient être rectifiés depuis le temps, vu les commentaires. - l'odeur de ventilation dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner trop pauvre pour chf 30.-, le petit SPA (mais suffisant), manque un tuyau dans le hammam pour gicler, vestiaires inutiles. Mais personnel super sympa, à l'écoute, disponible.

- Compétences du personnel incompatibles pour un 4 étoiles; - Chambre: sans minibar!...; - Au vu de la carte des mets et des tarifs y relatifs pratiqués, on pourrait s'attendre à un minimum d'explication sur le plat choisi, mais, là encore, le service n'attend pas le nombre d'étoiles escompté. De plus, la présentation, les demandes sur la cuisson ainsi que la température des mets (purée tiède...) n'est nullement à la hauteur de l'énumération notifiée sur la carte et du service que l'on attend en parallèle!!!... Pendant toute la durée du repas, le personnel vous épie avec des regards appuyés trahissant vraisemblablement une insécurité patente, celle-ci, mettant extrêmement mal à l'aise les hôtes attablées!!...; - DE PLUS: double facturation inadmissible sur addition au restaurant sans la moindre excuse formulée ultérieurement par la préposée en charge de l'encaissement du séjour!!! - En résumé: déception absolue et non recommandation des lieux.
