There were some issues with the sink faucet leaking , toilet running.

Rooms are completely remodeled. Still working on the main floor and that was not an issue with that underway.

The place was nice enough other than the very hard beds. Renovations are happening and we were told our room was renovated already. We found it odd that they painted right over broken door jams. Made it look very shoddy.

The hotel is under construction and definitely looks not great but my room was very nice breakfast didn’t look appetizing but did sleep well and good clean room

The room was overall nice, however since they are doing renovations I came to an incomplete room. There was no tv, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, phone and the “automatic blinds” did not have a remote for them so we had to get a sheet to cover the window. The staff was friendly enough but I felt it was highly unprofessional to rent out a room that was not finished. They did bring up a tv and fridge, it just felt like they really didn’t care that the room was not finished.

As usual, the staff here is amazing. Hard working, and great customer service. The hotel is under renovation, and I was lucky to have stayed in one. Love it!!!

If you don't mind hard as rock beds and noisy rooms then come and stay the staff person I dealt with was the best. I guess it's better than sleeping on the floor

Bathroom was dirty in places and the shower skid mat was very torn. Carpet in the hallways was very worn and not particularly clean. Continental breakfast didn’t have much of a variety of fruit choice.

The people were really nice friendly but my room was really out dated curtains had huge wholes in them but shower was excellent instant hot water area is sketchy a lot of men just hanging around mad parking lot small and a lot of diesel trucked parked in area blocking views

Tv didn’t work . Shower handle broken burn my self with the hot water due to the handle being broken .

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. This spotless property has consistently friendly and efficient service—best thing about the hotel. AC unit was loud and rattling which made it tough to sleep well, but lobby was full of new, boxed ac units so it looks like they are taking care of that problem. We travel this route at least once a year and we’ll be back!

They are renovating so there were boxes etc. inside and outside hotel. Room we were in had no running water in the bathroom sink. Floor we were on was not renovated yet so carpets etc. we’re not all that clean.

The staff and services were fine, but the halls and rooms smelled horribly from some sort of scented cleaning products.
