The service was terrible and the response was slow. 1. I requested a hairdryer three times, and it still hadn't arrived after half an hour. 2. When I ordered food in the evening, they didn't give me change; I had to call back the next day to ask for it. 3. I had to stand in the rain to sign for parking my motorcycle; they showed no customer service awareness.

During Ramadan time, unfortunately, no buffet breakfast is available. My room faced the main road, so, it was noisy. The hotel should have allocated the room not facing the main road.
