Nice staff! The have laundry facilities and laundry soap available for the guests, which was so convenient.

We have stayed here before while visiting family and going to a car show. This trip was to visit family. I booked this hotel because I knew it was nice and I was unsure about the ones in Cottage Grove.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were expecting to use the pool and hot tub but when we arrived it was closed for remodeling

Pleasantly surprised by property conditions and service. Room-decent size, love the small town atmosphere. Decent restaurants nearby. Welcoming gifts of bottled water, cups of lemon water, coffee in lobby. Quiet night. Would recommend.

The pool and hot tub are down for repairs and you're still paying premium prices. That's absolutely ridiculous.

Staying because of power outage. Very helpful front desk. They have gone above to help residents to have a place to stay while under days of power outage.

Disappointed they're was no access to pool or hot tub. Was the only reason we made the reservation.

Great location off the i5, delicious hot breakfast, quiet rooms. I forgot my coat there and they kept it safe until I was coming back around a few days later. Excellent customer service! Thanks!

I liked how staff treated us. Late checked in but front gave us late check out option without extra charge. Just one thing swimming pool was under maintenance. Kids were sad...but overall comfortable.

Staff was awesome. The place was very nice and clean. We have stayed there every time we are in the eugene area and we will continue to do so in the future.

supposed to be pool and Jacuzzi and yet maintenance kept us from using it. the paiting for the motel didnt mention it in listing but sneakily in small print way down in random unrelated area where no one would ever look to see thd pool wouldnt be usable. we booked for this of we could have stayed somewhere else for far less money. very pissed

Area is safe and well lit for an evening walk to the gas station. Rooms were clean and quite clean. Hotel staff was prompt and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was nice and filling.

I chose this hotel because of pool and hot tub. Unfortunately this part of building is closed due to maintenance. Why I have to pay full price?

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good for the price point (including hot options). The room does need some updating - but was clean and comfortable.
