"Hospitality was good! I stayed with a Peruvian, so I was able to flexibly with the color 々. Lunch boxes and free tea when leaving early in the morning. There is a timing when the momentum of the shower and the water supply is not constant (it comes out so that it can be played with a sound, it weakens), but it was able to be used without problems. Hot water is also available. I was happy to eat fresh vegetables such as avocado, tomatoes and cucumbers at breakfast. I couldn't use my credit at my timing, but I could pay in US dollars. I can buy water, snacks and chocolate. There is an outlet but there is no USB type charging port. It was also a little far from the square, but it was interesting because there were local markets and shops."

"Despite arriving late at night, we were very kind! Also, when I told him that I had to check out at 4:30 in the early morning on the tour, he got up at 4 o'clock and waited! The hotel is very clean, so I want to stay again!"

"If you enjoy some quiet from the bustling city center, this place was perfect. Located 15 mins walk from the city center (it doesn’t feel that far honestly), the photos of the hotel are as shown in the pictures provided. The place is really clean and cosy. Giara liaises with the guests ensuring every need is covered. She and the team have been so lovely and helpful throughout. They do prepare packed breakfast for whenever we had to leave early for our tours. Absolutely enjoyed our time at the stay"

"The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance of Plaza de Armas and major attractions. I especially loved the courtyard design of the hotel lobby; it had a wonderful atmosphere. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Although the hotel rooms were just average, for around 300 yuan, it was the best value hotel I've had during my trip to the Americas!"

"My experience at Andean Dreams Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They kindly allowed me to store my large luggage at the hotel while I traveled to Machu Picchu, which was such a huge help and truly appreciated. The cozy atmosphere was made even better by their thoughtful touch of offering tea available all day — perfect for keeping warm after long days exploring the Andes. It felt like a little home away from home. If you want a place with genuine kindness, helpful service, and cozy comforts in a beautiful setting, Andean Dreams is the perfect choice. "The hotel does not have an elevator. Trip.com pay attention to communicating with the hotel. The windows of the back room type on the third floor of the old middle are very poorly lit by default. The window written in the selection room does not match the balcony bed stool and the area. After serious argue with the front desk, it was restored to the main room on the second floor."

"I stayed here 4 nights before and after the Salkantay trek. The first 4 nights were in a studio room which is very nicely decorated with plants and flowers, the last 4 nights were in a double room with a view of the city. I enjoyed my stay in both. The checkout was very easy, I left the key and bags in my room when I left at 4.30am for the salkantay trek, and when I returned, I was immediately brought to my new room with my bags already inside, which felt really nice after a tiring 5 days. The breakfast was nice, had fresh papaya or orange juice. The location was great as well, just about 5 min walk down to the main square (about 10min up) and the first 2 streets from the main square have police officers around which made me feel safer. Also many cafe and restaurants in the streets around it. I was having diarrhoea and feeling unwell on my last day and was grateful that I could check out later to have a longer rest."
