"This hostel/hotel is located in a quiet part of Cusco, but easily walkable to the centre ”where, it's all happening”. The room was very spacious and the bedding very warm. I could imagine the rooms may be a little cold in winter as I saw no form of heating . On the top floor you can help yourself to tea and water. Breakfast was decent, in relation to how much the room costs per night. No English was spoken on site, so be prepared to use Google translate if you don't speak Spanish! I'd definitely stay here again. Showers did give hot water but it could be intermittent. Nice roof terrace if you want to sit and chill in the sun. (See photos). If you want to pay using a credit card there's a 5% service charge on top."

"The room was really nice, clean, large, and comfortable, but there was no central air conditioning or indoor air conditioning. However, because the temperature difference between morning and night in Cusco is very large, I checked in at midnight and the room was freezing cold. A small electric heater could not heat the room immediately, so I fell asleep when the room was very cold, and the room was slightly warmer until dawn. The breakfast was OK, and it was a bit noisy facing the street. I saw that some previous guests said that it was difficult to communicate with the front desk, but I didn't feel that way. Some girls at the front desk could speak a little English, but with Google Translate, this is nothing. I saw that Ctrip showed that I was staying in the last room, so the price was very low, so I guess I got a bargain."

"The room given was good, the mountain view could be seen, the room was large and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel includes a buffet breakfast, although not rich, but it is completely enough. It is also very convenient to take a taxi near the hotel, and there is no problem with travel."

"This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the markets & main plaza. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with king bed are small. The courtyard is nice. The breakfast was average to below average. The internet is free but intermittent at best. There is a nightclub nearby which plays loud music until 3:30am which makes it really difficult to sleep. The reason I'm giving this hotel a 3 star is because of the excellent service we received from Oscar Silva Casafranca. He was courteous, efficient and always pleasant & smiling. He helped with our baggage & was quick to answer any questions or queries we had. He's a huge asset to this hotel."

"The staff was so kind, it was really good. They let me check out late because there was no reservation for the next day! The room and bed were clean, there were plenty of cooking utensils, and salt, sugar, and oil were provided. The breakfast was mainly bread, with only one orange and drinks, which was a bit disappointing. Coca tea was drinkable. The shower had good hot water, but the shower curtain was extremely short, so the floor got wet. Also, there was no heating, so it was really cold at night. The view of the city from the hotel was amazing. The hotel is quite high up in the hills, so be careful not to get out of breath."
