每次來岱山出差就會住希爾頓歡朋，性價比極高，這次小姐姐看我舟車勞頓還免費升級了房型。住的很舒適，出差睡眠質量最重要。早餐選擇多元化。客服人員熱情周到。前台小姐姐微笑宜人。推薦。

希爾頓應該就是品質的保證。來岱山幾天，唯一睡踏實住舒服的就是希爾頓歡朋。前台服務態度很禮貌積極，滿意。我的手機掉在電梯井裡也立即聯繫工程部師傅幫我解決了問題，前台那位瘦瘦的小哥全程幫我們跟進，各位都在認真專業工作，真的非常感謝！房間很大，裝修標準化，床品很舒適，給舒達床墊點贊。酒店很大氣，送了果盤和小酒吧，和其他希爾頓待遇一樣。早餐品質還有提高的空間，肉類和沙拉區再豐富些就更好了。整體滿意，可以給滿分！

酒店很新，房間面積舒適，硬件設施不錯。前台服務熱情友好，地庫停車方便。酒店位置在城區中心，周邊繁華用餐方便，步行去海邊燈塔廣場20分鐘，是停留岱山島的理想選擇。兩個小的建議：三台電梯應設定同步，否則太降低效率；房間做衞生應再仔細一點，進房發現茶具抽屜內有個倒扣的茶杯還有咖啡污漬，估計是housekeeper沒查到。

服務能力超級差，奔着方便去吃的星空餐廳，結果食材這也沒有那也沒有，然後下了單後也沒單據給我們，導致一份羊排上錯，我們還以為是套餐裏包含的就吃了，經理追出來讓我們補差價，我們解釋説是不知情，結果經理一直質問我們是不是吃了！！！連問了好幾遍！我們要真的故意的話那你們後面披薩上錯我們也不需要提醒你們，搞得好像我們是小偷一樣逼問我們！然後服務員更奇葩，因為套餐上了各種肉串，就多嘴問了一下哪個是羊肉串哪個是牛肉串，結果男服務員直接來一句我也不知道我又沒吃過！要不是不想打擾到別人，就這種服務態度我們都能掀桌子了，我們花那麼貴的房價是來受氣的？？再提一句，上菜速度巨慢，説好的半小時上菜，結果近一個小時就給我們上了一份花生，真的是服了。真逗，不會做服務業就好好再去回爐重造一下，好歹也是個星級酒店就這種服務？想入住的想一想是否可以接受這種服務態度再考慮吧。然後星空餐廳很熱，巨熱，連個風扇都沒有。
