The grand lobby entrance matches the imposing structure from the 1930’s. The staff were very attentive when we checked in yesterday. Our room on the first floor was terrible! Small and poky and awful bathroom. No good! I went to the reception and voiced my complaint to the front of house manager, a lovely, accommodating young lady. She was very apologetic and asked us to have a look at another room on the same floor. AMAZING! Probably 4 times the size of our first room. Really grand and a lovely, large bathroom. Thank you! We’ve read plenty of bad reviews of this Hotel and judging by our first room I can understand those reviews. The management, however, turned things around right away and made our stay memorable. If your not happy, just talk to them!

As you've heard, the old hotel and location are good. Reserved on the 3rd floor by Lake View Reservation, but the lake is far away. Would you like to reserve a reasonably priced room next time? Meals are the shortest of Koreans to eat ... One thing was thankful that I booked a limousine for my next destination, Nha Trang. I picked up my hotel from Danang Bus Terminal and waited for a while at Dalat Bus Terminal. But next time I'd like to make a reservation ~ It's easy to experience other hotels.

This is a fabulous place, so beautiful and creative. The rooms are a blast to stay in if you pick one of the “crazy rooms” . We stayed in the Ant house. It was room enough for couple and quite comfortable considering the unusual design. It was clean and well cared for the 4 days we stayed. There will be tourists swarming around all day which actually adds to the fun. You can easily shut the world out with well placed curtains over all the unusual windows and have all the privacy you want, but understand It will be noisy at times . In the evening a staff lit a fire in our fireplace which took out the chill and dampness. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, smiling and proud of this unique work of art. DaLat is a vibrant city and this fun spot added more to our visit.

Spent a night at Ken’s Backpackers Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The room was really cosy, love the mural on the walls. I believe each room has a different mural, each level of the hotel also features a different mural/painting along the corridor. The location is pretty good, many cafes and food places nearby if you want food. Room comes with toothbrush, toothpaste, the essential toiletries. Most importantly, it has hot water! One thing is they do not provide free wifi so you will have to make sure you have enough data!

We have a quadruple room, two large beds, on the top floor, a balcony and a small yard. I like it very much. Without breakfast, there may be insufficient water pressure and the water is small. It is very convenient to dry clothes.

Great hotel, very clean and spacious room. Hotel very well located 5 minutes walk from the night market. The staff came to clean the room which was a great first for us after three months in Asia. Shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush are provided. The wifi is fast. Special mention to Cuong Tay at reception who is very nice and who will surprise you with his singing talents :)
