I remember that you booked a deluxe double room at that time. When we saw that there were two girls checking in, our front desk promptly upgraded them to a deluxe double room with a balcony and bathtub for free. There has been a really strong wind blowing in Dali recently. The flowers and plants in the yard will indeed be in a miserable state the next day after being baptized by the evil wind overnight. We are very sorry for the current situation you see as a result of our employees not clearing dead branches in time. In addition, our cleaning ladies are also strictly trained. There are 2 public restrooms in the front and back yards of our yard for our employees to use. Our employees are absolutely not allowed to use the bathroom in guest rooms. You can rest assured on this. As for other smells, after reading your feedback, we promptly hired a professional engineer to inspect and deal with the problem, and have solved the problem related to the odor in the bathroom drainage.
