A very nice place with good services. The room condition is good, clean and tidy. The shuttle bus service may refer to the schedule provided.

Locationwise, the hotel is close to San Francisco International Airport. It provides shuttle bus to and from the airport. There is restaurants inside the premises and around the area. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly..

From sfo arrival, go to level 3, follow the sign that says "hotel shuttle" to take the free airport shuttle. Do look for the hotel name with crowne plaza stated (and co share with other hotels) on the sign outside the mini van as there are many shuttles heading to different hotels. It is very near around 10-15" from airport to hotel lobby. Look for timetable to catch the shuttle back to airport. The hotel room is clean, neat and great for a layover. Breakfast available at in house restaurant.

The hotel was well located near the airport band had all the amenities present inside. Overall stay was a pleasant one.

Hotel is in a great location, accessible and close by SFO Airport Rooms are clean amenities are well enough Remember to prepare some food after 9pm since everything classes early Staff wasn’t enough during check in, therefore expect slight delays during check in and out Rooms are quiet

This was a quick and easy place to stop at for a long layover. The people that worked there were super nice and the rooms were great. The shuttle also made it super easy, they have a long and extensive list of pickups and drop offs at the airport.

Worst experience to-date over my last six months of personal and business travel. it appears this hotel is operated by a third-party, as they do mot adhere to any of their global standards. Do not stay here - there are plenty of options around the airport for a similar price.

Everything was top notch! I will definitely stay at this location again and also refer it to friends.

Hotel is closed to San Francisco airport and is convenient to get to the hotel from the airport because there is free transfer bus from airport to the hotel.

check in - out is quick and easy. they should clean their pool . the room is okay for two people. Each room should have microwave.

The shuttle is very convenient, just want for 15 mins you will see the shuttle arrive. The room no hot water provided, only have coffee tea machine. The show roomie clean but the button was very hard to push in order to have water out. The air dryer was old style, over all is acceptable.

- close to airport (10 mins shuttle ride) - provides free shuttle every 30 mins to the airport - big room - however, service and amenities are lacking (e.g staff do not pick up phone, no bottled water, coffee booth closes on weekends, etc.)

Very clean and easy to get to with routine shuttles. The front desk was very friendly.
