I think is the best hotel in the area, a little bit old, the furniture and amenities need improvement, but overall is a good choice!

I stayed two nights in a single accommodation at this hotel. The room was almost exactly as pictured on their website. It is pretty typical of a chain hotel anywhere in the world. The room was immaculate, although the shower, even with the door closed properly, leaked. Have a second towel ready. Outlets were sufficient, one being above the bed in what I first though was a light switch. The breakfast buffet was plentiful.

The restaurant at this hotel is wonderful! We arrived late, less than an hour before the restaurant closed and we ate on site for convenience. We were so glad we did! Excellent home cooked food and desserts. The hotel is older and charming. Had a slight issue when we checked in because the front desk staff does not hav access to the ******* bookings, apparently only the manager, so they could not confirm my booking. They did get us in a room, and just had me email all of the screenshots of our reservation to them to sort it in the morning. When we went down they had it all squared away so no issues. Just a heads up if you book close to your arrival on the evening. We would definitely stay again!

The room was smaller than what i ordered. From reception, I received a reason for that something like: "oh, it was an international booking so we do not have this in our platform. did you pay? Let me see how we could recover the money from the reservation, because, the booking is in their hotels chain ...." Also, in the bathroom was a problem - i had to take care, after each shower, do not let the water to enter into the room. The view of the room was great.

This is an old, dated hotel that should not be branded Best Western. The rooms are very dated and small. They claim to be a 3-star hotel but definitely is not. 2-star at most...I would not recommend this hotel if staying in the area. There are surely better options.

Everything was great.....we spend 2 nights here and really was a big surprice.... Very clean,very hot ,but in January this is a good think,and in the restaurant was just 'ok',i can't say great or delicios because: --in our first breakfast we didn't have many thinks to choose --and is very expensive

We spent two nights at this BW as part of our Romania tour package. The hotel is failry large and apparently designed to cater for larger groups. The rooms were very clean and so were the bathrooms. We appreciated the covid prevention measures being observed all throughout the hotel. Our operator got us upgraded to the upper floor rooms with balcony which afforded spectacular views of the surrounding hilly area. Both dinners in the hotel were very good. Perhaps a large selection of red wine would be good. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Room and bathroom, extremely small, very poorly maintained. Big and old furniture. Bad lighting, couldn't read. The bathroom, very small, without space to place toiletries. Very uncomfortable. Very bad breakfast and dinner service; They work with large groups and were not able to replace the food before it ran out. Bad experience, I don't recommend it.

Stayed just one night passing through after visiting the Voronet monastery. Generally on almost all holidays we try to stay in a Best Western, because despite being very standard it has always been safe, in terms of services and breakfast. In this case we were positively surprised by the furnishings, which are anything but standard, in fact they are made of decorated wood, which reminds us of the place you are staying in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately however, despite being on the average for hotels in Romania, I was a bit disappointed because I didn't find the "safeties" that I found elsewhere: for example there were very few electrical sockets (to recharge the phone there was a socket more than one meter in height, otherwise the television would have to be disconnected), the lamp on my side didn't work and the electric cable was a bit perplexing, there was no courtesy set in the bathroom and the breakfast was almost totally missing the sweet part, which usually expected in an international hotel.

This Best Western is a practically three-star hotel, without any fuss or glory. You have a clean room where you can sleep reasonably and with the basic services of this type of hotel.

A decent hotel to spend a night but nothing more. From the entrance the tone is set with steps to reach the reception. A ramp on the side is so short that it certainly allows you to avoid them but at the cost of a lot of effort. the evening buffet upon arrival is very ordinary, only the dessert is original with cheese ravioli accompanied by vanilla sauce. But the wine is good. The rooms are medium in size with comfortable bedding, but there is no air conditioning. Breakfast is as ordinary as dinner. Overall, this hotel would not be my first choice for the city.

I sat down on the restaurant terrace in front and sat at a table to eat something. Three waitresses passed me and ignored me, not even a good morning. After about ten minutes another customer sat down at a nearby table where a waitress immediately went and took the order. After a couple of minutes a waitress arrives to bring me the menu, I wait a little longer and in the meantime the other gentleman is served. A little more time passes and another waitress arrives and asks me if I have already ordered. I point out to her that the gentleman from the next table who arrived after me has already ordered and has already been served, instead of taking the order immediately the girl asks me who had brought me the menu. I reply that I don't remember and she goes away again, after a while she comes back and finally wants to ask me what I want to order, at which point I tell her that I don't want to eat anymore and I leave. So I can't say if the food is good or not, the service is certainly terrible.
