The check/in was easy. Everyone was so nice. The room was fabulous. The breakfast isn’t free but it was reasonable and pretty good. The staff was beyond friendly! The environment is modern but welcoming. The shower is fabulous. We will always stay here when we come to Ruston!

Overall stay was great. The only downfall was I ran out of hot water taking a shower twice within the first two minutes of my shower. I thought running out of hot water was a thing of the past with today’s instant hot water heaters. Other than that no complaints

it was ok, just needed some loose ends tied up around the property, also this class of hotel needs to have complimentary coffee, not a starbucks in the lobby

Good food for dinner (homemade gumbo) and breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Clean, convenient, Starbuck’s breakfast & coffee was wonderful. Refrigerator didn’t seem to be the right temperature was my only complaint.

Great hotel and nice restaurants nearby. Chick-fil-A was nice and had sweet messages throughout their store.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We loved the bar area, and Tyler was the best bartender! The room was exceptional and so roomy! There were several restaurants nearby. We loved our stay!

Paid too much for this room not to have a working TV! I rented this room for an overnight stay from my uncle's funeral service. The TV did not work ! (kept saying " No Cable Connected") called the Front Desk twice for maintenance to come and look at TV only to find out the maintenance department leaves the property at 6pm. The clerk told me I could call the front desk by 12 midnight to see if their are any room cancellations for my 4year old daughter and I to be moved to another room! NOT!! The room was nice and clean so I guess that's all that matters.
