The hotel was double charged, Ctrip customer service helped to coordinate, but the hotel still refused to refund!
I booked the same room with a friend, but the room size, partitions, and equipment were different. For the same price, I was automatically downgraded. The living room has one less sofa than my friend, and the toilet and bathroom are not separated!
The bar in the building next door downstairs was noisy until midnight, and the cars on the road were very loud, making it difficult to sleep well.
It cost more than 4,000 for two nights. I really feel that the services, facilities, decoration, toiletries, etc. are not worth the price!

For my first night in Dallas I stayed at another hotel which was old and dirty. By their pictures posted it looked decent. I couldn’t sleep so I ended up changing hotels to the kimpton Pittman and was sooo much happier. It was very clean, updated and the staff was soooo very nice!

I was in Dallas for business after a long day of changing flights and itineraries. The hotel was lovely. The desk clerk was kind, funny and accommodating. the room is wonderfully large, scantly furnished with modern touch and not cluttered. All was fabulous. Kimpton is where I will come again for all my stay overs in Dallas.

Strange thing to say but the whole hotel smelled so good! Staff was courteous. Rooms were pretty. Mattress was so comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

There were no bathroom lights, and there was no way to cut the lights off over the bar. The switches don’t work. I had to sleep with the lights on and the bathroom and the dark. they very well sleep, and was not pleased with my stay.

The staff was so accommodating and available. I liked the text feature to check on my room, then I used it to ask a few simple questions and heard right back from someone. The decor and feel was warm and welcoming and also felt modern and hip.
