The hotel is fine. But as I found everywhere I went in Florida, that most of the staff was in training, and incompetent. I called for the free shuttle waited an hour called again waited an hour and finally paid to get to the hotel. I questioned the shuttle driver and he said the front desk never informed him of a pickup. That was the first of quite a few bad experiences I had at this hotel. Hopefully they will get staff trained and service will improve. But I won’t be staying here again.

The room was just okay. It felt kind of sticky and one of the bed frames broke on us. The staff was excellent though and everything was very conveniently located.

We arrived earlier than the regular check in time and it was so busy and a cluster. I asked questions because I didn’t understand the process and the manager was snippy and called me love to soften her snippiness. I wanted to check my luggage while we waited for our room but was never given the opportunity to ask anything else.

Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance!
Loved the free airport shuttle! Large rooms. I would definately stay again.

This is a really nice property, rooms are very clean and spacious. We were disappointed in the hot tub however, it was lukewarm. Maintenance was out checking on it a couple times but it never got warm. There were a few unhappy guests

Nice hotel nice staff. However bathroom was totally dirty and also they did not have room on shuttle for my entire party so I had to Uber to airport. Otherwise nice stay.

Property was nice. Rooms were great, clean and spacious. Close to lots of shopping. Shuttle from airport was awful. We waiting 1hr 20 mins, with no real support or confirmation of timing from hotel staff. Systems were down when we finally arrived to check in but they got us in pretty quickly once they were online again. Staff was a lot better on site than while answering the phone.

Blackout curtain left about 15 inches from bottom of window, the floodlights outside lit up the room , bathroom door could not shut

This was a great hotel for our cruise. We could walk to eat out when we got there the night before. Were able to walk to a mall and get wine and some forgotten items prior to leaving. Breakfast was good. The room was really spacious and clean. Definitely stay again
