The front desk service is very poor... The check-out time of the hotel is 12 o'clock. Due to special circumstances, I need to delay the check-out by 30 minutes. I went to the front desk to communicate. At first, they said no. After asking the manager, they agreed to delay the check-out by 30 minutes. However, when I left the hotel, the hotel charged 50 US dollars from the deposit as a late check-out fee without explaining the situation to me. I was very dissatisfied with this and communicated with the front desk manager of the hotel. The front desk manager had a bad attitude and had no service awareness for the guests staying in the hotel. It is recommended to choose this hotel carefully to avoid affecting the interest of the trip. I communicated with Ctrip customer service in time about the above situation, and Ctrip's service was as five-star as always.

Ok hotel, tired and could do with a refurb. Too expensive for what it is, and you have to pay 10 dollars a night to park your car. You can spend a lot of time waiting for the lifts. On the positve side the included breakfasts are good and the hotel is in a great position with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff was wonderful handling a huge influx of people debarking cruise ships. They stored our luggage for us on arrival and were able to turn rooms over very quickly to allow us early check-in. The airport shuttle was timely, clean, and easy to use.

Front staff and breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Something I rarely find in all my travels nowadays.

Loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. The traffic noise is one thing but the internal noise kept me up all night. If you are going to stay here, bring ear plugs!

This was such a nice stay after our 10 day cruise. The property was very clean, the pool was great (a little loud being next to a busy road), and we got there at 11am, expecting to wait, but the front desk actually called us when a room was ready for us at 1:30pm, which was SO considerate! Although the room was nothing fancy, it was large, clean, and comfortable. The cherry on top was the airport shuttle. We had to take the first shuttle to the airport in the morning to catch our flight, and there wound up being more people than the shuttle could fit, so they called a second shuttle instead of just having us wait. Overall I was very happy with the Springhill Suites and they exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is great for a pre cruise stay in Fort Lauderdale. Not far from the airport, in an area with food and retail shopping just a short walk from the property. They offer free hot breakfast, coffee and tea all day and a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. There is also a shuttle to the cruise port that costs $20 per person.

Very expensive for a very dated hotel. The rooms aren’t very insulted, or sound proofed, so you could hear everything. Not the staffs fault, but they were crazy busy all day with people waiting around. I believe there was a weather delay for multiple flights out of Fort Lauderdale. For the price you pay, you could very easily stay somewhere much nicer

There is no restaurant but there are a lot within easy walking distance. Nice pool area Goodhot breakfast selections The couch was not comfortable

Convenient location, they have shuttle service to and from Port Everglades and the airport. Staff was really nice and the breakfast was great. Plenty of dining options and shopping places in walking distance. The room was remodeled and clean except for the bathroom. The bathroom was out of place compared to the room itself. It wasn’t really clean. Kinda sketchy.

The staff assigned me to a room. When I got to the room there wasn't any TV. I went back to the front desk where I was assigned another room, however when I went in the second room, there wasn't any TV in that room. I then asked the maid who was cleaning a room if there was any available room that she just cleaned, she told me the room number. I then went back to the front desk again to tell her that there was no TV in the second room she assigned. I TOLD her the maid said that room 225 room was available and indeed had a TV in it. I got no apology. That made me really upset especially how I was up from 4am that morning

The full length mirror was dirty. I could write my name in the dust on the glass. I was cold so I got the blanket out of the zippered pouch for the sofa bed. The blanket had hairs all over it. Disgusting! The hotel itself was in decent shape although the ice machine on our floor was not working. Trying to get the shuttle to pick us up at the airport was a disaster. Every time we called they immediately placed us on a short hold. The hold would have been fine but they hung up on us several times. The other couple on the shuttle said the same thing. I would probably look for a different place to stay.

This hotel was close to the airport and cruise port. They were very helpful at check in and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was great with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. They held our luggage for us while we enjoyed the area before we could board our cruise ship.

Rude staff that takes for granted the endless supply of cruise guests who are willing to tolerate terrible service just to get on a boat. We weren’t , and were treated poorly. The manager was incorrigible if you’re going on a cruise, STAY ELSEWHERE There are much more polite options for the same price and conveince.
