The hotel is very nice! The decoration is amazing and stunning. Rooms are clean and the bathroom is well cleaned the bed was good and it has a working tv! Breakfast was amazing great cooking skills. Definitely 5 star ❤️❤️. The manager is very nice and caring definitely worth trying out

房間很好,該有的都有, 就是有點暗, 若能增加燈具更好。
早餐不錯, 小蛋糕意外地好吃, 就是放久了, 太乾燥, 奶油變硬, 很可惜。
服務態度和衛生都很好。
唯一讓我難以接受的是, 房間暖氣太強, 我和老公都是很怕熱的人, 3月底, 中央空調讓房間達至27度, 就算把窗打開, 關掉空調, 仍然很熱, 整整3天晚上, 都睡不好, 難受。
曾求助服務員, 建議換房, 開門開窗關空調, 就再也沒辦法, 沒有冷氣, 沒有風扇。
真心希望酒店能考慮提供電風扇。
作為一個提供住宿的酒店, 不能安睡, 是不合格的。

前台和客房的姐姐特別好 電梯得刷卡進 安全係數高 機器人也好使用 周邊吃的也多 有地下地上停車場 房間裏乾乾淨淨 在房間裏可以看到古城燈光秀

酒店早餐是送到房間的，如果單交是68每人。看這標準也就最多10塊錢吧？更讓人無法接受的是，不到8點就敲門送餐了，想要酒店晚點送，答覆是8點廚房下班了。早上敲門聲巨大。 這種酒店千萬別住了，旁邊的金地還有雲崗建國，我們也住了，雖然比不上一線城市的五星，比這裏可強多了。

前台小姐姐和客房阿姨很禮貌。着重表揚一下停車場保安叫什麼武建忠的那個，非常敬業，酒店明明設有地庫，卻不讓停車，説了不下五遍是住宿的，非説沒開房就不能下地庫，態度十分強硬。我把車停在馬路中間給前台打電話之後才停好車。這種事已經不是一兩次了，如果你們酒店的地庫是限時的或者説是你們員工專屬的，望提前告知，不要浪費我的時間。酒店有這麼負責任的保安，一定越來越紅火。

這家酒店太差了。
從外面看粉色的樓很漂亮，不過晚上大同國賓大酒店那幾個字有的不亮。就顯得管理差了很多。

無煙樓層房間的煙味太大了，尤其床頭那一塊兒薰的跟不睡不着。最後反面睡才稍微好點。
管理實在太差了，外地的朋友千萬不敢定，會很失望的。

服務一般，設施老化，且舊。洗浴室連個暖風都沒有，淋浴噴頭還是古老的圓形。燈光太暗！房間太冷！！！！夜裡空調搗騰三回，自己進入休眠狀態，温度一勁兒往下掉！不推薦冬天住！！！
