我在智行上定了五天的酒店，房間沒有一天打掃過，而且上面顯示房間放礦泉水，然而並沒有放，這不是欺騙消費者嗎？ 房間洗髮水用的還是過期的，酒店洗漱區掉牆皮，我晚上洗澡牆皮都掉我臉上了，環境相當惡劣，更重要的是，我昨天晚上回酒店，十二點多，一點吧 酒店門鎖了，不讓進 我打電話也沒人接，大晚上的我衹能從新找酒店，我作為消費者，真的是一點沒有消費體驗，酒店虛假宣傳。我要求換房，酒店還説另一個房間沒有鑰匙進不去 我真的無語，而且我每天晚上回酒店都有很嚴重的異味。

首先酒店服務人員及其不專業 沒有告知退房時間 下午兩點十分退房 要扣按金160➕，打消費者服務熱線之後，酒店工作人員才把按金退了，其次，酒店環境臟
