If I could give a negative rating, I would. We booked a room here but didn't get any. The ***agement was highly disappointing. We reached in the night, and the hotel said that they can't give us a room, we have to find one on our own. This happened when we had a booking. They were clearly drunk and were concerned more about how their review is going to be affected than trying to solve the problem. And they told us they have a disgusting room that wasn't part of the hotel and strong-armed us into getting the room for 1k. They told us that since it was 12 am and all other hotels were sold out we would have to get that room or we have to leave the premises. This wasn't what I was expecting at all. Also, the location of the hotel isn't great either.
