The only thing great about this hotel is the location. It is walking distance to LoHi, which has tons of cute bars and restaurants.
The room wreaked of cigarette smoke so bad that when I checked out, clothes that I didn't even wear smelled like cigarette smoke. There were also some questionable guests lurking around the property and I just didn't feel very safe. My room was on the 1st floor and the patio slider was broken; the only thing keeping it "safe" was the stick to keep it closed. I brought my concerns up to one of the front desk individuals and while he was nice enough, there was nothing he could do for me.
I ended up checking out THREE DAYS early because I just couldn't bare to be there any longer. I'm am seriously bummed I spent money here.

I loved the look of this hotel best. It wasn’t as close as I thought to downtown and the free mall bus, but we were able to walk to Ball Arena. Which was a plus. We enjoyed a NHL and a NBA game during our stay.

Things we loved: 24 hour workout room, Mario and breakfast staff; the breakfast: quiches, different choice of milk, oatmeal toppings; value price of 2 rooms in a room.

Wasn't a bad stay but wasn't the Ritz either. For the price, I guess I can't complain too much. The staff was lovely and kept the externals clean and tidy. I wish room service would be checked on me cause I ended up with a box of tissues in my bathroom by the end of my trip because not a soul came to drop off toilet paper or check on my room (I did not have the "DND" magnet on the door most days). The room has a rustic look and not in a good way. Very mid-late 00s looks and tech. WiFi is ungodly expensive for no reason. It's a bit far from the city center but close to Lower Downtown.

It was very spacious and cozy. Only issue are: 1) water dont drain quickly at room 324, both tub and bathroom sink. 2) lighting in the room at 1st floor was dim. But overall, we live the room, service, breakfast and location.

Bath tub would not drain - had to stand in water during shower. Sidewalks were slippery after snow, no salt or shoveling.

Everything was great except that my confirmation email stated breakfast was until 10am. I showed up at 930am, and they said no, it closed at 9am. This is fine, just get your info straight. I spent time looking for a place with breakfast included.
