I waited for the airport shuttle for nearly 1 hour. I was not told that it was not a LaQuinta Shuttle...but rather an Embassy Suites Shuttle. I called three times before someone told me what shuttle to use. I stood outside waiting, and waiting...and I was exhausted. The one gentleman employee's comment was "Whoops, I should have told you that, sorry." I was not pleased with the lack of attention to detail.
The breakfast selection is very mediocre.

Hotel was rated 8 stars. The room was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the ac did not work very well, there was just a trickle of warm water in the shower, maintenence had to take shower apart, tv was old

The staff were exceptionally nice and hard working people. Everything was clean and we enjoyed the coffee, tea and water bar. One of the heaters in our suite seemed to have only one setting which was hot! The trim in the tub and pool seemed a little dated.

I have stayed at this property probably 100 times in the last 20 years. As of late the staff (not all the staff) has become increasing less friendly. I hope they can get the right people in there so I can continue to go. Otherwise is a good value for the money. I do wish the could find a way to kee the eggs warmer though.

Had some issues with the shower. In the middle of our showers, the water would turn very cold and took several minutes to turn warm again. It was awful. Elevator was extremely slow and had issues opening on every floor even though the floor wasn’t selected by anyone. Both treadmills in the fitness room were not working properly. Overall it seemed like maintenance of the facility was lacking.
