房間衞生很差，床單上有毛髮枕頭下有蟲子。提出問題質疑時，沒有服務員來處理。排了個保安進來了解情況，沒辦法衹好要求更換床單。拖鞋都是破了，茶杯也是破的。幸虧拍了照片，都沒有見過這差的全季酒店（毛髮是什麼毛，請大家看看）

我們開的新能源車，想問前台要個拖線板充電都沒有，到底是酒店沒有還是不願意給呢，我們住如家的服務比這可好多了，明明都是華住旗下的？！ 電視機很大，但是笨得一批，衹能放老式的電視，有IPTV不放，是不是把網線拔了？遙控器衹能按開和關，調不了音量和頻道，這電視還要來幹嘛？以為現在顧客不看電視嗎

設施：很好很新 就是健身設備少 衹有跑步機 衞生：很好，很乾凈 服務：服務很好 但是修空調的大叔敲錯門了還刷卡進來，趕上有婚禮的人入住辦入住人很多很吵

房間衞生乾淨，前台服務熱情，早餐的拌麪好吃，性價比高，強烈推薦

房間比想象中的大很多，很舒適，非常整潔漂亮，比以前住過的都好看，早餐很豐盛，很早就開始供應了。房間裏電視可以投屏，音響效果也不錯。
