Jessica at the front desk was a true asset to your business. She was kind and courteous and made our visit extra enjoyable. Our room was oh so nice...fresh and clean and we appreciated the newness of everything. We definitely will make this our choice stay next trip to Hershey.

The room looks like it was freshly painted. I really like the shampoo bottles in the shower rather than the little ones.

This hotel is newer and has breakfast included. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Great location- large rooms.

Hotel was nice. Clean and modern. Check in and out was easy. Room was spacious and comfortable. Room was very clean. Modern and updated. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel! Nice, quiet, clean, breakfast was good, new. Everything was excellent except the pool wasn’t heated. 9 out of 10 stars for me. It would have been a 10 if the pool was heated.

we stayed one night. Clean, warm, comfortable mattresses. The only negative is the smell of cleaning products in the room.

The hotel was very nice and the gentleman at the desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was nice and breakfast was good.

The sheet had a hole in it. The bedside lamp did not work. The back to the remote was missing. AND the alarm went off at 6:41 am (when I was hoping to sleep in). The staff should make sure all these things are in order before another guest checks in.

The breakfast variety was good. Bedroom was clean and spacious for 4. Staff was courteous. We had a great experience!

Great hotel, clean and excellent service. I loved the fridge and microwave in the room. Excellent location also. My only complaint is that the pool was cold and dirty. There was algea on the bottom. I definitely plan on staying here again!

We exercise when we travel and end up needing laundry facilities. Love the laundry room here. Clean and in good location. Fans of Wasabi restaurant nearby so works for us

Mostly, I want to highlight how wonderful the staff were during our 2 night stay. The day we checked in the poor girl at the desk was absolutely killing it with multi-tasking. She made me feel like a priority and very welcoming despite clearly being understaffed and having to balance calls, checkins and guest questions. The girl at check out was friendly and accommodating with changing my payment and applying a gift card I had. The rooms were quite large, comfortable and clean. We were short supplies but again front desk staff accommodated well and quickly. Myself and my family have worked in the hotel industry for many years so we can be picky, this was a great experience and BW should definitely acknowledge their employees for being the driving force for a great review!
