Hotel is not as advertised in pictures. No outdoor common space finished. It is still in construction phase. Restaurant is permanently closed. They put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Had to watch the staff make up our room. They did give us a bottle of cheap sparkling wine for our troubles. The only positive I can say was the bed was comfortable.

Nice lobby and awesome staff, but the room was very underwhelming for the price. No closet, just a clothing rack by the bed. The tables still had tags on them. We were by the fitness center which was fine but could occasionally hear like a weird knocking noise. Couldn't tell if it was the gym or something in the building turning on and off? It didnt keep us up, but just be aware for those with noise sensitivity. Otherwise safe and charming.

Such a cool hotel that really exemplifies Detroit and the art districts. Beds were very comfy, we had everything we needed and it was ver clean. Front desk staff was very kind.

When I checked in the girl at the front hardly said anything. Didn’t tell us about parking, where the elevators were or even the room number. Overall the stay and room wasn’t terrible, but for the amount of money I paid I expected a little bit more.

When I walked through the front doors, I almost trip over a luggage cart that was too close to the door. Amicable staff, and an upscale facility. I got a great nights sleep. There were plenty of toiletries, clean towels and wash cloths. I suggest adding a rug that is fully under the bed, in order to cover the concrete floor.

Easy check in and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the property is close to some great bars and restaurants.

It was an excellent day besides the later fees that they charge you and don’t let you know ahead of time they charge me $20 for parking and took it out of my deposit without me knowing about it.

The room was very uncomfortable. Concrete floors, very sterile and cold. Felt like a jail cell. No pop machines. Paid 4.25 for a tiny bottle of apple juice.

My stay was very pleasant, quiet, and clean. I was very comfortable , and I enjoyed myself immensely!!

This hotel used to be amazing, it felt safe and taken care of. This is no longer the case. The parking lot is not secured, even though they charge $20 to park and when driving around the building to park, one of the doors to the building, which should have been locked and secure, was propped open with no one around. I did not feel safe as a solo female traveler. The tv did not work, the fridge was not cold and the air didn’t go below 67. Multiple areas where damage had been glossed over and very run down looking. Bed was basic, not very comfortable and neither was the bedding. I’m so disappointed.

A super, cute affordable industrial vibe to stay in Corktown. Would be super cute and fun in the summer with the courtyard. Great coffee Bar for purchase in the morning. Restaurant/bar on site is closed because they don’t have a chef. Room and hotel was very clean. Staff were not rude, but were not very friendly. Did their job but never smiled or made you feel very welcome. Very just to the point…even when trying to make conversation with them. Would stay again despite this.

The stay was great. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Parking was even better. I will stay there again.

MYINES WAS TERRIBLE THE 150 HOLD WAS A DOWNER. THEY SAY THE INFO IS IN FINE PRINT (very small) BUT YOU CANT SEE IT❣️I WANT THE HOLD INFO TO BE MORE TRANSPARENT. I

I chose this hotel for it proximity to a concert I was attending. The staff was aloof and rude. The room keys are also hard to use.
