Everyone was soo kind, attentive and so helpful, I needed to do a PCR, Julia was so kind to call the hospital to check the details and to send with me someone from the hotel to accompany me and to get the report later on without me having to go again. At no cost! The rooms were comfortable and spacious, some with a private garden. You might want to book the upgraded rooms and suites. The location of the hotel is so beautiful and within 2 minutes to the shops and restaurants. There is a breathtaking infinity pool on the last floor where you can see the mountains and the valley in the horizon. The lodge is a true gem. You can ask them to organize day rips to Namo Buddha monastery or for a trek in the area. Our driver was very kind and professional. Thank you for everything!
