Service was extremely pleasant with lots of young enthusiastic staff willing to help guests. The renovated rooms are spacious and well equipped. The showers are a little small in size. The food was excellent quality and a wide variety. It was excellent to see lots of local food varieties including in the menu. We really enjoyed this.

We were celebrating our anniversary and the spa team went above and beyond. As soon as you walked in you were greeted by lovely ladies. I would love to shout out Shermyer and Tinesha who made sure our every needs were met and went the extra mile to make our anniversary memorable. The way they decorated our room with balloons, flowers, and towel swans made me smile so big wow. I want to say what an incredible job Sandra and Shirlette who were our massage therapist. They have magical hands and will leave you on cloud nine. Thank you all so much we love all of you and you made our anniversary one of the best. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The girls here were absolutely amazing, so polite and welcoming, they gave me such a warm feeling for my birthday, although I was alone. I simply came for a spa day and they went the extra mile to decorate etc. Thank you so much to Shermyer and Joanna who made my birthday extra special ❤️

The hotel is on a beautiful beach at the end of Dickinson bay. All of the staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more attentive and wanting you to have the best holiday. There are some minor teething problems mainly around room categories and what's available i.e. number of restaurants. When we were there it was only at 30% rising to 55% when we left. As the hotel gets busier we did feel as a group the party vide will increase and be more prominent so potentially would be better suited to a younger age group depending on what you want from holiday. The food is amazing and the cocktails are fab be sure to visit Estrella at the Taboo bar and La-Shawn at pool side. Argyl the F&B Manager has a great team. Any watersports queries or general knowledge be sure to speak to Vernan at the watersports desk. Make sure you take a trip round the island it's a beautiful place.

WOW!!! My mother had an amazing birthday trip, she will not stop talking about it! I will provide a breakdown while trying not to sound long-winded :) I met so many amazing people!! I will be honest! The review might be long with names, but I have to shout out, all the amazing staff who made my vacation so memorable! Please be mindful that I came in June 2024 when the resort just opened. It's only 45 days old. With that being said, my mom and I went during their trial and error, working out the kinks and learning. Even so, this was hands down one of the best experiences we have had!!!!!! It was not as crowded, only opening at 30-60% capacity but I HAD A BLAST!! I AM ALREADY BOOKING TO COME BACK!!! Cons first (There are not many!) ROOMS- There were not a lot of cons honestly. Only the room bathrooms do not have soap or towel holders. When you take a shower, you have to place your washcloth, body wash, or sponge on the floor. I did not like that very much. Having to keep bending down to get my body wash. The showers are a little small but not bad. Restaurant- The buffet restaurant is very small and there were not a lot of options. We went once and did not go back, the fruit was severely hot, and there were not a lot of selections. There are a few restaurants, but they run on a schedule. Some are open on some days. The buffet was closed every day for dinner time. (Even though some restaurants were closed on certain days, the good thing is you never needed a reservation! For some resorts, you have to reserve ahead of time. This may change when they are at 100% capacity, but it was convenient to never have to wait for a table!!!) Sports Bar is small, at first glance you would think it’s no room to dance but they will move the tables! You will have a blast!!! PROS!!! HANDS DOWN THE STAFF! THE STAFF MADE THE TRIP AMAZING! WHEN YOU GET THERE, YOU WILL SEE! VIBE TEAM/ENTERTAINMENT LET ME GIVE THE ENTERTAINMENT MANAGER HIS FLOWERS! HE WAS VERY NICE AND KEPT JOKING AROUND WITH HIS TEAM! IT LOOKS LIKE A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT. I HAVE BEEN TO ROYALTON CHIC BRAND BEFORE AND THIS STAFF IS HANDS DOWN TOP TIER! FIRST AND FOREMOST, DJ STOOKIE IS THE MAN!!!! YOU WILL DANCE ALL DAY!! GO TO THE SPORTS BAR AT NIGHT! DJ BERROA WAS AMAZING AS WELL!!! THESE TWO DJS HAD EVERYONE DANCING ALL NIGHT/DAY! THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS GREAT! THE BAND LOS FULANOS WAS ENTERTAINING! SOMETIMES THEY WOULD LAUGH DURING THEIR SET MAKING EVERYONE FEEL LIKE FAMILY AND LAUGH ALONG. THE LEAD SINGER JOHNTHAN CAN SING! I ENJOYED HIS COVERS AND KEEPING THE STAFF ENGAGED. HIS BAND!!!! THAT SAXSPHONE!!! TALENT! ONE THING I CAN SAY, IS ROYALTON CHIC ANTIGUA HANDS DOWN HAS GREAT DJS AND LIVE BANDS!!!!! IF THIS IS WHAT THEY DO AT 30-60% CAPACITY I KNOW IN A YEAR IT WILL BE EVEN BETTER! NADIA- WAS THE BEST!! SHE MADE SURE WE WERE ENGAGED IN THE POOL AND KEPT THE ENERGY GOING!! NADIA CAME UP WITH SO MANY FUN INTERACTIVE ACTIVITIES! KEITHROY AND TIMOTHY- BOTH BROTHERS AND BOTH WILL HAVE YOU MO

The resort and the staff is amazing!!! Estella is seriously the best bartender!! Love her! So friendly and gracious and makes delicious drinks. The dinners were delicious. Housekeeping is very attentive. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. It is not overcrowded like other resorts. Highly recommend!!

I have been having an absolute amazing experience so far! I was skeptical at first when I saw some of the reviews. Loud/construction/bad food, etc. First and foremost, the staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so helpful, accommodating, friendly, and eager to assist you in having your best experience ever. Daneisha went above and beyond bringing us food and drinks to the beach and pool every day. Eliana and Elvis at the gym were great. My friend and I got our own personal training session. Joshua at the pool bar made fantastic drinks. Deanna was super helpful at the restaurant; always providing us with food to go. The resort is beautiful, clean, fun. We will definitely be back! 10/10

There are so many good things about this EPIC hotel that I'd like to touch on !! Food was amazinggg, Haven grill and hunters are definitely my favorite restaurants. The staff at hunters : Rika, Oneckia, Josina and the supervisor Renelle made my birthday soooo special that I went to my room that day and cried. I also have a special place in my heart for K'lyn, the hostess. I swear I saw her everywhere and at every restaurant and she always carried herself with a graceful smile, when she found out I was leaving the next day she even wrote me a small card and it completely touched my soul❤️❤️ I almost extended my stay with how lovely this place was😭😭. Once again a big thank you to Royalton Chic for giving me an Epic experience this is definitely THE BEST HOTEL ON ISLAND✨✨
