Very dirty hotel not worth a star Location is 15 minutes from the headquarters Rooms are very old Filled with children The pool looks accordingly I wanted an ashtray They filled me a cup with water and gave it to me as an ashtray for a 4/5 Star hotel it is not acceptable.
Elevators sometimes work and you have to wait about 5 minutes for them. The bathroom is calcified and there is no warm water.

If the hotel was re-evaluated, it would only get 1 star, not 5 stars. Old rooms and hotel, arrogant employees. You will be tired, not on holiday.

İyi ki geldik dediğimiz bir otel. İlk defa bebekle yaptığımız tatilde 1 yaşındaki kızımız bile odaya çıkmak istemedi ekiptekilerin ilgisi, konuşkanlığı, güler yüzleri çok iyiydi. Özellikle kızım resepsiyondaki arzu ablası arda yakup ve anıl abisini çok sevdi. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz tekrar gelicez 😊

This hotel was worth the price tag which wasn't much. Its definitely not 5 star. Rixos chain is 5 star. Having said that its not a bad hotel just basic. Two pools, one with slide. Selection of food is good but not varied. No mini bar. Kids club is below par not much going on and didn't entertain the children. The good points; always got a sunbed and didn't have to queue for food. This hotel has a chilled vibe. Loved the Turkish spa and my favourite person was Zion the photographer. Overall would recommend this hotel if on a budget.

The staff made the experience very enjoyable, any issues/queries were swiftly sorted. Anil particularly went above and beyond the get to know us and ensure we were having a good time. The animations team were also very fun, particularly Rodri (Sarkam) and Foden. Would definitely go back

We had a fabulous week at the Garden of Sun . The pool & outside area is great , the staff are friendly & helpful , plenty of choice in the restaurant . The spa & wellness centre there is fantastic massages Turkish baths anything you need & the staff are lovely

Anil provided amazing services to myself and friends during our stay at garden of sun. He is a credit to the company that always went above and beyond at all times. He made us feel welcome with his witty personality and made us laugh numerous times.

My experience at the garden of sun was very good. The food was lovely and also the staff are always friendly. One of the staff stood out, Anil! He went above and beyond for all my family and friends putting extra effort in talking to us, making us laugh and bringing us drinks when he didn’t have too! Also foden from the animation team made extra time to talk and try to involve me in all the activity’s, very friendly and warm person. Thank you Garden of sun!
