Good location

Great clean fridge wasn’t working

Manager met with me able prob in rm232 and stated they were all fixed for my visit. I told office on Thurs morning that the micro has the wrong plate in it. Did not rotate

I stay often and occasionally things come up or I need assistance and they have never said no to any request they're wonderful people and for the money you just can't beat it

First a parking issue. Unknown car parked at my room parking spot. Microwave still broken from a month or so the last I complained about it to office.

I am very upset the tub was dirty there was bugs in the room had to keep killing them there was no other place for me to go near there I was commin from out town bed sheets had something on it I have pictures of the bugs no one came to clean the room the people upstairs from me was was stomping and vacuuming I am just so overwhelmed and frustrated my vacation was ruined due to this I didn’t enjoy my stay at all

Everything is great . The microwave doesn't have the proper dish in it. The dish doesn't turn because of that. I found out after using it and my door was hot really hot but not in all areas. I told management about it. Nothing done for 3 days

While I'm came to this place tired and was freezing, this guy on the front desk put me in a smoking room, when I called him to change it he refused stupidly and left me suffering all the night of the bad and offensive smell, although this rate was a bit expensive than usual. I don't recommend staying in this place.

Staff was quick as usual when checking in. Always friendly. Ask for a certain room so to lack of hot water in some room areas. No issue with the request.

The room was dim lights didn’t work bathroom was broken down cigarette holes in the bedspread I asked for non-smoking you could smell nicotine all over. I had to ask for another key because the key would not work after the first time opening the door, and the heat was not working as well. The closet was a makeshift closet made into the Room, the curtains were dirty and the carpet was filthy.

This room was filthy . Bed felt like you were sleeping on spring , only gave u 3 pillows for two people , heat didnt really work

I should’ve known better, when I decided to stay at an Inn, and not a Hotel. This is the most foul place I’ve ever stayed. Burnt cigarette hole in the bed’s comforter. Numerous cigarette burns on the edge of the bathtub. The bath towels and washcloths look like and feel like they came directly from a thrift store. The toilet paper is extraordinarily thin. The toilet seat pops off. Oh wait.. hey there, little fella. (I’m speaking to a bug crawling on the wall next to me.) I won’t be returning.

First thing as soon as I get there and try to check in and there are 3 guys and one says you need to wait.. um dude I'm trying to check in. Did not appreciate his attitude. I get my room key finally. When we get in the room there are holes throughout the comforter from what I assume are cigarette burns. There is hair in the bed. Hair on the floor. Hair in the towels. Stains on the bed. Stains on the towels. When I went to sleep fully dressed after a shower. I kept feeling like I was being bit all night. Worst sleep ever
