服務枱服務人員熱情，周到。我這次入住房間是一樓，住了一夜後感覺有點潮，不舒服，不適應，給服務枱反應情況後，服務枱人員非常重視，給我免費升級到三樓的房間； 入住房間整潔乾淨，衞生。設施齊全，中央空調效果好👌 冬暖夏涼。下次我和家人還會光顧九州賓館。
希望九州賓館能一直堅持良好的初心，保持下去，留住更多的老房客的迴歸。

很一般，設施比較老舊，房間超級潮，一樓更潮，想換高一點樓層的房間但是被告知沒有了，個人猜測是不想給換，大家定的時候慎重一點

酒店在靠近新鄉火車站前面，位置比較好，裏面停車場很大。這是老酒店，原先應該很好。現在裝修上有些老了。貴賓樓的房間稍微好點。平常出差住也可以！
