Because my boyfriend is from Xinxiang, I came from Beijing to surprise him on his birthday. I saw on Ctrip that Radisson Hotel is a five-star hotel in Xinxiang with a very good environment and good reviews, so I chose to book this hotel. I prepared nearly 20 express deliveries for this surprise. I contacted the hotel a week before check-in and wanted them to help collect the express deliveries. After checking in, the staff was arranged to help me deliver all the express deliveries to the room. Two staff members were also arranged to help me decorate the room. The hotel is relatively new and the service is good. The only drawback is that there are blind spots in the hygiene.
