The hotel is very new, location is very convenient, close to the beach and in the very centre. Breakfasts are more than sufficient, Vietnameese and European cuisine.Rooms are clean and spacious, but there are no rooms with front sea view with balcony, just side sea view and city view. And also be careful to dirty bed linen, it will cost you money due to the hotel's rools. But!!! The most important thing i want to emphasize, is FRONT OFFICE STAFF, Ms. Tien, Mr. Hoa. Very helpful, client-orientaded and profeccional! Many thanks

first, you should add more water and I think you should add lot's of menus at the hotels restraunt. but other things were very nice and plesant. bathroom is clean and beds are very soft. when our rooms key was not working, emploies kindly gave me another one. I think that this hotel can improve much more

I was here in May 2024. Gonsala Hotel is clean, fully equipped with 5-star standards. Room price is reasonable, other services are very good. The restaurant has a variety of dishes from Asian to European, with a wide choice of breakfast buffets. The staff is cheerful and friendly, taking care of guests thoughtfully. Special front office left a deep impression on me

I had an experience with friends at this hotel. Very convenient for us to visit the coastal city of Nha Trang, dining areas, restaurants near the hotel, you only need to walk 2 minutes to the beach. Very polite staff, beautiful rooms.... Truly It's great that we're here.
