The hotel’s location was perfect, just around 10-minute walk to Souq Wakif, which is one of the best places to visit in Doha. It’s also conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to travel to/from the airport, Katara Culture Beach, West Bay, or Msheriab. The National Museum and Corniche are within walking distance as well. The hotel itself was very new and exceptionally clean. The staff at the reception and by the door were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. The rooftop swimming pool and gym added to the overall amenities and relaxation options. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely bathroom that included a tub. While I didn’t book breakfast, I found the hotel’s WiFi to be reliable and fast. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.

We went for the Thursday seafood buffet and it was good night. we enjoyed the food very much and the staff was very friendly specailly Kenneth from the resturant was very helpfull and gentle. He was smiling all the time and very friendly.

Absolutely amazing. This was actually our second choice hotel as our first choice was booked out but i am very happy we chose to stay here. From the moment we entered the staff are so welcoming and friendly and do all they can to help you and make you feel comfortable. This place is amazing close to everything prime location. The cleanliness of this hotel is superb with amazing suites, fabulous air conditioning great wifi connectivity and big tv screens in the rooms. Our room was amazing i wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Doha. Keep up the good work.

I had an 8 hour layover in Doha. I had booked the room in advance so I knew I would have it available when I arrived. For an airside hotel in particular, the Oryx is very comfortable and does exactly what most connecting travelers will need it to do. The room can be made completely dark. The bed is comfortable. The shower is a luxury huge rain shower with a full complement of toiletries. The TV displays the current flight board so you can see the status and gate for your flight any time you want. It was centrally located and should be convenient to any connection. Things that could be improved: Signage. There are no signs for this hotel in the terminal and the entrance is obscured. I had to ask for directions from a retail employee at one of the shops. Minibar: There is bottled water in the room but no mini-bar. A mini bar would be very useful for connecting travelers who just need a beverage and a snack and want to maximize sleep time without having to shop for food in the terminal or wait for room service.

An amazing welcome both by the doorman and the ladies at reception. I arrived at 10am and check-in wasn't until 2pm but the lovely lady checked me in within 30 minutes. All staff were very friendly and polite. The room was inexpensively priced. I chose a twin single room on the first floor and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to Souq Waqif and close to a few take away food shops and some mini markets. I was a solo female traveller and felt safe and respected at all times by the hotel staff as well as the shop owners in the area. I walked from Souq Waqif to the Hotel without a second thought. The service is very slow. Should be improved first. should be humble Welcoming guests who come to use our services and serving with our whole heart. The important thing is that the service time should be faster. Most importantly, you should not ask customers about personal matters. You should have a lot of manners. Because it's the first checkpoint of your hotel.

I am with please want to leave positive review for this hotel. Very good location concerning with the beach, malls, main roads. Hotel have a wonderful amenities: nice gym ( I am trainer, I know it), restaurants with buffet and good menu, perfect open space with big pool included umbrellas, sunbeds and sittings for enjoying. There are a lot of amenities for sport: basketball, football, game zones etc. And a big area for the children with equipment. I think this hotel is the best if compare with this amenities and price for that. Amazing front desk management, always positive and helpful. Perfect housekeeping, clean bed linen, it was very important for me. Big thankful I wanted to say to Azhar, he is amazing, very professional and very very kind. (good luck bro). Highly recommended!

We (4 adults and 1 teen) have just returned from a wonderful stay at Al Mirqab hotel. Pre Arrival Prior to booking I made an email enquiry about the availability of an extra bed. This was answered very quickly and put my mind at rest about the size of the rooms and ability to accommodate a third person. This was also reconfirmed directly by the hotel less than 30 minutes after making the booking via Expedia. And then, the day before our arrival I received a courtesy telephone call (Doha to UK) to check whether we had any special requests or transportation needs and to say how much the team were looking forward to our arrival. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and never have I been called ahead of time to be welcomed. A really personal touch. Arrival Tip: If taking a taxi from the airport be sure to state clearly Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli and in particular Arumail Boutique hotel on Al Souq Street. Unfortunately, we were taken to the completely wrong hotel which also had the name Souq Waqif in the title! When we did arrive at the correct hotel the welcome was warm and our earlier stress was quickly forgotten. We were checked in at Arumail hotel with the offer of coffee and dates whilst we were waiting. (Thank you to Mr Mouhaib for the coffee and introducing us to sweet dates) Our booking was split between Arumail and Mirqab hotels but Mr Abdullah was super helpful and offered our couple in the group an upgrade at a discounted price so that we could all stay together in Al Mirqab. It was an offer too good to refuse! Once we had completed the formalities we and our luggage were whisked by buggy over to Al Mirqab. Hotel Location Excellent! All of the hotels are dotted around the souq, but we liked Al Mirqab because it was right next door to the Metro station. If you want to be close to the Corniche choose Al Jomrok. Al Jasra is slightly on the edge but no more than a 2 minute walk from the main area. Rooms Our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Even with the additional bed in one of the rooms we still had plenty of room. The complimentary water and tea and coffee was replenished every day and the mini fridge was perfect for cooling the water overnight ready to take out with us the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. This was done without any disturbance or inconvenience to us. We never saw the housekeeping staff but always returned to a freshly made up room. If I had one tiny little ****** it would be about the lack of plugs; one by each bedside table would have been super helpful. That said, on the day we were leaving I found one in the wardrobe (near the safe), one ‘hiding’ behind the luggage stand and one ‘hiding’ beneath the curtains. My fault for not looking properly, lol! Wi fi was excellent. What we loved about the wi fi was that it worked in all of the hotels and we only ever had to log in once. Food Our stay included breakfast which for the first few days o
