We totally enjoyed our stay at The CHEDI and were sorry to leave . although we moved to another excellent 5 star Hotel in Qatar we missed the ”warm welcome home ” feeling we had been so enjoying at The Chedi .. The room was incredibly comfortable (especiilay the wonderful bed 0 and the facilities perfect for us ..It was lovely to have such well trained and accomodating staff ..The breakfast spread was delectable , the gym perfect and the dining options nearby as well as in house outstanding ...Were looking forward to our next Qatar visit ..the hotel choice is now simple ..Thankyou to all the delightful CHEDI staff .

Everything is good, environment, service, facilities, but for the free traveller, the transportation is not convenient unless you don't care about getting in and out. The subway station takes twenty minutes to half an hour. Early morning is very expensive and has nothing, about 300 yuan. More suitable hotel for local tyrants.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at this hotel. They were able to arrange something in our room; they surprised my husband with balloons and a very delicious cake, and of course they also provided something for my daughter; it was a very cute tent, and she was really amazed. Our room was so elegant and nice, with a nice view. As for the hotel's services, they were simply amazing. From the time we checked in, Prosper was really accommodating to us, and even Viveka, Kristel, Cef, and Suhaila made our stay so comfortable. We were treated really well. The Ritz Kids Club was also amazing; my daughter wanted to stay there as much as she could. Of course, who wouldn't love it when the kids can get marshmallows, cookies, cakes, and gummy bears as much as they want, but of course with supervision as well. They have so many activities for kids. But what we love the most are the swimming pools and the beach; it was really nice and relaxing. To sum it up, we had a really fantastic time in this hotel, which is probably the best hotel we have stayed in so far. We will surely come back.

It's full of Christmas spirit. I really like the impactful color contrast in picture 2. Does picture 3 feel like you are really on vacation? This is the best time to feel in Doha. Figure four. Figure 5. Figure 6 is the lobby. I feel that the lobby is still very big. Figure 7 and Figure 8 are pictures of the room I took. Figure 9 Mustard for breakfast [cover face][cover face][cover face]. After eating a few slices of salmon, the young lady brought me a bowl of mustard like this 😂😂😂. The breakfast is really rich. It is worth recommending (I like Adidas now. We arrived at Lunchtime on Saturday to a very busy Valet team, and were taken to a comfortable reception area where we were seated as we checked in. We were delighted that our suite was ready early, and the check in was professional and efficient, and we were then shown to our room. The suite was outstanding with a generous balcony with 4 chairs, a small table and plenty space to walk up and down outside as we looked out over the family pool and the harbour with the luxury yachts and traditional boats also. The lounge was furnished to a very high standard, with sofa, chair and dining table for 4 and doors out to the patio, and the floor tiles, and soft furnishings were immaculate, as was the whole of the suite. Housekeeping were excellent and consistent throughout our 5 nights and Nissa and Aman ensured everything was literally perfect throughout the suite. The full kitchen was also continuously restocked with drinking water, and everything worked perfectly, as did the washer /dryer (you may need to request extra laundry / dishwasher tablets as housekeeping fill and load the dishwasher each day etc). Breakfast was in Nar restaurant each day. The restaurant was furnished to the same extremely high standard as the rest of the hotel, and had indoor and outdoor seating areas with lovely views. It had a full local and UK offer available from the buffet, fruit, salad, cheese, meats, salmon, bakery, hot items and further items a la carte. Premium tea and coffees, local and European were offered as often as desired. The breakfast team were on top of service every single morning and replenished, cleared, offered and fetched whatever was needed in a friendly, professional and effortless way. Seifiddiue and the rest of the team made breakfast effortless and enjoyable every day, which is not always the case at breakfast time in all hotels. We ate in a number of restaurants in the hotel and the stand out memory was Robertos which is a fine dining Italian restaurant with a high class bar area. Service was of the highest standard from the moment we were welcomed, to when we left. This is qenuinely a fine dining experience in quality, service and environment, both in the bar, restaurant and terrace. It has an open kitchen showing the work of the chefs, meat in glass cabinets to allow you to choose your cut of steak (exceptional!) This will definitely be a visit on our next trip. There are a number of pool areas, for families, adults only etc and we mainly used the family multi level infinty pool areas. There were cabanas available without booking with sun beds in front offering sun and shade (not sure if this is always available all year round at busy times). The life guards were completely on top of things and supervised the pool and provided great service, water, towels without needing asked. Yusuf and Ashan in particular were on duty most of our stay and provided fresh towels as soon as they got wet, every time we came out of the pool, during the day etc

I stayed at the Kempinski Hotel for three nights and experienced a roller coaster ride from anger to comfort. Before going, I booked a twin room with pearl view with longing. I hope to enjoy the true beauty of Pearl Island. When I entered the room, I found that I spent a lot of money on the balcony, and the balcony turned into a wall-view room. After arguing with the front desk reasonably, I changed a room for me. Before going to bed, I found that the bathroom lights were broken and the door was broken. So I was completely disappointed, I didn't dare to trust Kempinski anymore, I just wanted to check out and change to a hotel. I happened to meet the manager of the hotel Omar during another fight with the front desk at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, he changed a suite for me, and the result was quite gratifying. But thinking about the previous experience, I was tossing and changing rooms with my child dragging a suitcase. This hotel's attitude towards Chinese guests is obvious. Never see me, Kempinski!
