I only stayed one night. Overall, the service is good, particularly the reception service. Polite, quick check in and check out. Facilities is good as well, strong shower and clean bathroom. A big mall next to the hotel. Many eating places to choose and rail transit just nearby, very convenience.

The room is clean and big enough. Half of the walls in the room I live in are large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the city environment outside. It looks very nice when the city lights are on at night. The bedding is also very good. I am very satisfied, especially The waiters at the front desk are very professional, and everyone has a good attitude. There are also the lobby manager and other staff, who will help you push your luggage. Someone will take you to the elevator. The front desk even helped me upgrade the room, which is very heartwarming. On the first floor, I saw a custom-made transparent acrylic box at the door of each room in the corridor, small wooden ornaments similar to agarwood, with an artistic atmosphere, I like it very much. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. I called the front desk and asked for 4 bottles. After 3 minutes, the room attendant Water was delivered, but when I opened the door, it didn't make me feel the politeness that big hotels still have. Instead, they looked at me with cold eyes and didn't say a word. I was frightened, so I told her quickly, Excuse me, we need tea, we don't have enough water, thank you. She replied blankly, you're welcome, turned around and left. I was wondering if she was too busy, and asking her to deliver water affected her to make the room. Then, can the hotel consider configuring robots to deliver some small items, so that the guests' experience will be better, and the room attendants will not be disappointed. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!

Very good hotel environment and spacious. The facilities are great with big swimming pool and gym room. I got a free afternoon tea which is nice and you can feel like you are staying in foreign country for vacation. Location is easily accessible with lots of parking area. Recommended to couples or families stay. One things need to be improved will be the breakfast buffet (inclusive) is fair but not many variety. However, overall experience is excellent.

Rebecca and Naomi gave us excellent customer service at the front desk. Helped with taxis, COVID-19 tests, and overall everything and anything about the resort and hotel. We enjoyed our stay here because of the service this hotel gave us. “Foreigners” friendly and staff do speak English for visitors convenience. We enjoyed the big swimming pool. Swimming pool was and is family, couples, adults and children-friendly. Plenty of lifeguards around to assist and take care of swimmers. A few floaters and volleyball space to enjoy in the pool. Great hotel and a stone throw away from the city centre and buzzing nightlife clubs and pubs. Between 10-15 mins drive. See you next time.

This hotel is always neat. I really liked the bathtub because it was big, but the garden was a little poor. The staff are kind to you. The location of the hotel is really good.

We just checked out today. The service of the hotel is excellent. The staff are really good in particular Will, the receptionist who is so responsive and helpful to take care of our requests. As we would like to have three rooms on the same floor though he cannot fulfill us all but my friends’ rooms were upgraded and we are all happy with an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Will!

First of all, the hotel's surroundings are very good, suitable for family vacations, with a forest park outside. The transportation is also convenient, with a special car to take you to Shenzhen New Town for shopping. The independent gym and indoor and outdoor swimming pools are particularly good. There is also an amusement park for children to play. In particular, there is a large camping area, and the independent area is very large.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful and can speak English. The pool is amazing and there are beautiful green grass areas to have a picnic. The restaurant food looked amazing, but it is very pricy.
