這次來東營出差特意過來體驗下東營的這家品牌酒店，總體來説是一次非常不錯的體驗，五星級酒店地理位置優越，離着商場很近，購物逛街都非常便捷，主要是距離高速還比較近。酒店大堂非常大氣、敞亮、乾淨，令人賞心悦目。前台接待我的解圓圓服務人員熱情待客、彬彬有禮！服務特別棒，辦理入住高效快捷，並積極主動帶我們去房間。總的來説還不錯，各方面都還是令人滿意的

酒店整體外觀設計庭院式的，在院內散散步還是很愜意的，房間設施有些許陳舊，但是乾淨整潔，最重要的是床鋪舒服，休息的好還是挺重要的，酒店服務是做得非常好的，從大堂到房間，每一個細節都體現了酒店的用心和品質，員工們都非常專業和熱情，特別是大堂管家小賈服務態度誠懇，很有耐心，我們是剛退休，自駕車到全國各處遊玩，賈經理得知後熱心幫忙介紹周邊就餐及旅遊景點，都很實用，還貼心準備了泡腳盆，退房還不忘讓我們帶上水果和礦泉水，她的服務給我留下了深刻的印象，在此表示感謝，點贊！

這家酒店全程體驗真的非常棒！從入住到退房，整個過程都讓人感到舒適和愉悦，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，而且隔音還是不錯，很安靜。大堂服務也是非常好的，非常友好和熱情，大堂經理賈月紅積極主動為我們推薦適宜的房型，而不是一味賣貴的房間，還不厭其煩的參觀了不同樓座的房型，非常不錯，很專業，必須要給好評，早餐也是非常豐富的，不同年齡段客人的需求基本都能滿足，總之強烈推薦這家酒店，下次還來！
