Very nice, but the only drawback is that you have to go to the front desk for everything you need, which is a bit inconvenient.

The service and the location is good. It is near the train station and unlike other main train stations in germany, it is clean. I think the hotel is also relatively new, the room is simple and clean. There was no refrigerator but you can get electric cattle if you need it.
