A cute little hotel in a great location. Close to so many shops and the beautiful rivers and bridges. Easy walk from the train station and all the shops, restaurants , and several places of interest are within walking distance. A fun panda theme throughout with a simple and tasty breakfast.

we arrived there at 2am, and check out by 10am only.. Hoping to stay more but our time is limited, But I really love this hotel, they have a buffet breakfast, and Kids also love to stay here, they even. have a free beautiful key chain and a panda room slippers for kid, even we don't spend afternoon here they gave us a afternoon snacks, will surely go back and stay here again.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly to assist us with our needs. Room was clean and spacious. However, it was rather cold at times although the warmer was switched on. Location of the hotel was within the bustling Yang Liu He street.

Nice location. A little bit too old. TV broken down and bathroom floor was full of water since leaking from the glass shield. Need an upgrade

Room is upgraded to main building. Lights quite dimmed in room. At 10+pm a group of tour come in and was talking loudly at reception which can be heard clearly in the room. Lasted for ＞15mins. Room is clean and size is nice for a person. Check out at 1pm which is also good.

Excellent service from the hotel staff! They assisted us to check-in and upgraded our room for free because we had alot of luggage. The front desk helped to add a heater in our room when we feedback that the room was cold. Overall great experience, will definitely choose this hotel.

Do not welcome foreigners at all, asked for covid test immediately when we arrived. The thing is, I called to asked if we needed a covid test before going on our trip, and they said no but when I arrived the wanted the covid test because we are foreigners. She only let us in because I spoke in Chinese and confronted her about the phone call. Gave me such a bad impression, not to mentioned that the room was super cold. The heater was not working properly. We were freezing in the room. The breakfast was good, the aunty there was friendly unlike the front desk staff. I probably won’t go back there again for discriminating against foreigners. I don’t see them asking covid test from their Chinese customers.

The hotel style is good, suitable for us elderly people! Quiet. You can walk to the scenic spot, which is convenient. The TV in the room is not working and the staff is also very active in helping us deal with it. The experience is very good

The location is excellent, the room is large, the sanitation is very clean, the hair dryer is of very good quality, the toothbrush is of very good quality, very soft, with a lot of water, and most importantly, their towels are very soft, and the slippers they use are environmentally friendly slippers, which are very clean. The price is also very affordable, and the breakfast is rich. There is no problem eating well (＾-＾)o🍴

The hotel is very close to the place where you can see the blue tears, about 5 minutes walk, and it is very convenient to eat around. The hotel also has a book bar and a fish pond, which is very nice. You can rest in the backyard when you come back. It is really good to drink tea and read books. The Internet speed is very fast, the bedding is also very soft, and the tea sets are all panda-style, which is very warm. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is enough to eat well.
