We recently stayed at The Henry Resort Dumaguete for 4 days and 3 nights as a family traveling with a baby, and we had such a pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff were all very helpful, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay. Special mention to Lyka and Ron who were always attentive and kind, making sure we were comfortable, especially with our baby. Their manager, AJ, was also very visible, hands-on, and ready to assist whenever needed, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was plated with a good variety of choices each morning, and everything we tried was enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, family-friendly, and perfect for a quiet getaway in Dumaguete. One small suggestion we would recommend is adding handrails by the pool area for added safety and convenience, especially for families with kids or elderly guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend The Henry Resort Dumaguete to families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Great location and nice environment. It's generally very quiet. A good choice when options are limited. All the attractions are close by if you cycle.

nice 2 nights stay overall. the only pity was that the water wasn’t hot enough and the water pressure was too low. I didn’t report the problem to the staffs cuz i was so tired when coming back at night. But this problem needs to be paid attention to if you’re planning to book.

This hotel was a temporary stopover, and I must say, the environment was exceptionally good, and the facilities were very new. They have a pool, and breakfast is served as a set menu. It's built as individual villas, which is nice, but the only downside is the lack of an elevator. This could be a bit inconvenient for older guests going up and down.

I’ve stayed here before and always rated them five out of five in all categories but location. This most recent day, I just felt the service wasn’t quite up to par with my other stays. I am sure I will stay here again as I believe it is the nicest hotel in Dumaguete. As a side note - very cool car show going on during this trip. 😁
