The lobby was in the process of being renovated on November 10, 2022 for a new decor.
We had a cc in the renovated section. Very good and we were not bothered by the noise.

The description and photos of the hotel listed a hot tub, but there is no hot tub here. Disappointing to discover this after a 7 hour drive today.

we stay here whenever we're in East Greenbush. The place is convenient for us, the rooms are comfortable, and the price is usually reasonable.

Walls and floor are a bit thin. Very easy to hear hotel guests above and next door. A bit noisy.

Hi,
I love this place. It was my 3rd time.
But, I am a disappointed this time because first, the machine for coffee was broken, impossible to make a coffee.
Also, I wanted a quiet room, but you gave me a room beside a noisy street. And, when Im arrived to the room around 3h30, the housekeeper did cleanup (aspirator) for 1 hour, and it was really not relax.

Loved my stay here! Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. I'v stayed at many Holiday Inns and I'd say this was one of my favorites. Highly recommend them.

This was an amazing stay. Clean, well appointed rooms, everything was perfect. It was literally the best hotel stay I have had in years. I stayed here twice on this trip, once on Monday and once on the way back home on Saturday. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Next time in Albany, whenever that is, this will be the place.

Hotel room very pleasant but the service sucks I went to the breakfast with 15 minutes left nothing to eat talk to attendant she said that she can do nothing l pointed that the pancakes machine needs refilled went back to the kitchen and coming empty and said that is now 7 minutes past breakfast l will like to said remember to staff that they working to provide good customer services .

Very clean rooms. Delicious breakfast included, with good coffee. Pleasant staff at the check-in desk. Quiet and peaceful at night. Easy to get DoorDash and UberEats delivered there. Close to downtown Albany and to the highway. Would stay there again!

This hotel is great! The room was quiet and comfortable, in-house laundry was convenient, the pool was clean and nice, and the breakfast made everyone happy. In addition, the staff was excellent!

It was very disappointing that the hotel would not refund the difference in price between the room (double bed suite) I booked and the room they gave me (double bed). Now, I am not fussy, and we didn't need the "suite", but that's what I booked; they didn't have one. Instead, they put us in the king bed suite, which didn't work for us because someone would end us sleeping on the couch. They never asked me if switching us to a king bed room was okay. In fact, the staff suggested someone should sleep on the couch. Very rude. ******* tried to work with the hotel, but they refused to fix the situation.
