Excellent location, service and very friendly attention. Recommended

The location is unique, just a few steps away from the temple. Moreover, the king and his wife stayed here when they visited. In the valley of Kokadonga, it should be warmer if they stay in winter.

Beautiful Hotel with excellent service. Courteous personal. Very attentive to you. Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable and the lack of air conditioning didn't let me sleep . But for those who don't care about it ,it is a nice property.

The property is my favorite and it’s in perfect shape. People are also lovely. This level if hotel should have a basic room service from the restaurant. The toilet paper could be softer. Otherwise, I plan to stay here again since it’s a wonderful place to stay.

Location to the Lady of Covadonga is next door, very convenient. Light breakfast, but good restaurant for dinner

Very nice!!.. clean and the dinning was superb!!!.. the hamburguer there is the best hamburguer that I have tasted in 59 years of my life!

I booked a stay and had some follow up questions - emailed multiple times and called yet never got answer. I then had to change my plans and was charged a hefty cancellation fee when I sent a cancellation 1 day too late. I understand that I cancelled too late but that would not have happened if I had actually got a response in the first place. Email reply that they never received anything from me although I still had copies of my enquiries

The access by car is not clear perhaps for problems with gps with bad connection for mountains. Be carefull

All was good but property requires an update of carpet, bedding, curtains, and restrooms.

Best place to stay in the area, specially if you are planing on visiting Covadonga Lakes. Beautiful location next to the Basilica. Excellent views!! Hotel is really nice.

Location offered superb views. Restaurant choices in immediate neighborhood somewhat limited.

We stayed on June 2019. Great hotel at an exceptional location. Because we were three we booked a junior suite which has two rooms with two bathrooms and a living room where an espresso machine was our salvation on the quest of a Cuban coffee. The best of the room was the views from every window, you could see the entire Basilica and the Santina cave from the room. Breakfast buffet was really good with variety and quality. Staff nice and professional. The proximity to the lakes allow you to wake up early and visit them before the entrance closed (Summer time). I really recommend Gran Pelayo Hotel.
