The place served its purpose. Was clean and quiet. Shower bathroom was decent and clean. Had refridge and microwave. Quiet. Quoted $149 not bad for area but had 12% cleaning surcharge plus 12% service charge when checking in. Doesn’t seem they take reservations. About 2.5 miles to 5Th Ave. restaurants in walking distance p,us convent store. It is what it is. A little old and not much eye appeal, but has what you need if your a motel stayer.
