Overall it was a nice stay for the length of time we were there. The pull out couch was not really sleeper friendly. One of the elevators went down and there was no housekeeping service during our stay.

Children running halls at all hours and parking not good in front forf staying on second floor and lastly TOLIETS ARE ON THE FLOOR!!!! They are SO LOW and bathroom needs updating as shower was very old. Stayed here because it looked like you upgraded the property which you did but neglected the rooms big time!

Couch was stained, sheets on the bed had blood stains, toilet wouldn’t flush, mold in the shower, dirty towels.

Well the man up front during the day is a smart ass. My husband asked where the breakfast area was and he replies, in a hateful tone, “Right around the corner if you’d just read the sign.” 😳
Our heater wasn’t working so we had to change rooms. We were upgraded to a suite which was good, I guess. Although they did do some remodeling, all they did was put a dress on a turd. Very disappointed. We won’t be back.

The drain in the bathtub in our room backed up slightly while showering. There were plenty of clean towels, the room was clean, and there were many channel options on the TV.

Front staff is friendly. Check in easy.
I like that the bedroom area was separate from the bathroom and sitting room. But there needs to be a lot of repairs done. There was no door handle in our bathroom. It wasn’t very clean. There were a lot of stains on the furniture and bedding. The bed was not very soft. Also the hallway carpets leading to the rooms were not vacuumed. Breakfast was decent though and overall it’s wasn’t horrible but not my favorite experience at a Best Western. I normally rave about Best western, but this one needs some work.

Bathroom was dirty and toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Not enough towels for a family of 4.
