It was a great stay with everything you need in a non hotel room, cleaning and much more. Nice taches was the little surprises that they offer you during your check in.

Best place to stay. Close to city center. Cozy room. There is all you need for a excellent stay. Love all the little, custom details. Each thing in the apartment has its own story. And excellent parking space for reasonable price. Personalized note as a welcome. Makes me feel special. I would recommend Bob W to anyone.

The flat was very clean and the customer service was outstanding. The flat is in a new area undergoing major redevelopment as it is the old industrial area. Transport to get to the centre works very well. Some minor flaws in terms of the flat's care.

The place, the location, there is nothing under 5 stars. Everything was nice and easy. Next Time we will move to another city, we will try to find a Bob W.

The flat was quite good, we missed the wardrobe, the air conditioner system couldn't be stopped,The staff was very quick,everything was very organised

If you're going to use the facilities, it's the perfect place to stay! Everything was clean, new and carefully maintained.

Really nice room equipped with everything you need, smooth check in and out, felt secure in both the hotel and the area. Negative aspects were distance to the metro and grocery store (about 15 minute walk). Otherwise great stay

We (a family of 2 adults and 2 kids of 10 & 12) had a great stay in the epic apartment. It was a good size for us and the kids slept well in the very sizeable sofa bed - however I think the steep stairs (with toilet upstairs) may make it a bit tricky for much younger kids. The apartment was decorated in a lovely style and we appreciated the additional touches provided (coffee, snacks, high quality toiletries, charger). It was great to have a kitchen & fridge for snacks etc. There was a retro games console which we all loved in downtime. The location is out of the centre. We took the free ferry from the back of Central station to NDSM which was lovely in itself passing interesting scenery - the apartment is about 20 mins walk away. From the other ferry terminal (Buiksloterweg) it's a slightly longer walk. Once we had an Amsterdam travel card (from the white building in front of the Central station if you need a kids card as they weren't available from machines) we took the bus (35 from just behind the apartment at the Floraweg stop) 2 stops to the metro at Noorderpark which was a quicker/ less tiring journey into central Amsterdam and beyond.
