The location of the hotel is good and the rooms are big. However, the hotel should be renovated in the near future. The construction started early and the intermittent noise is quite disturbing, so it is best not to choose it in the short term.

Excellent location and friendly staff, tidy and clean room with coffee machine and kettle, shower cap, slippers and bathrobe would have been appreciated for better service.

Great location. Sadly there were construction outside the hotel that effected the noise level inside the hotel. If you leave the hotel early in the morning and don’t want to sleep in, it’s okay.

The room is really nice, and the location is good. You can walk to everything. It's so convenient. If I have the opportunity to come here in the future, I will choose this hotel. It's a very recommended hotel. It's perfect.

The location of the hotel is very good, very convenient to go everywhere. It's very close to the train station in a straight line, but it takes about 15 minutes to walk in a big circle (it's a bit difficult to drag luggage with you on a rainy day). The service attitude is not enthusiastic, but acceptable. No slippers. The room is old, but when you see such an old building, you will still be very moved, so just tolerate it. Especially when we traveled from Edinburgh to London, we really realized what "the room is too small" means. So when I go back and comment on this home, well, the price/performance ratio is quite acceptable.

The hotel room is very big and the location is very good. It is near the train station. The bed in the room is also very big. The staff service is good. I will choose Hilton again when I go to Edinburgh.

The waiter's attitude was very bad! ! ! On the night of check-in, there was no hot water. I called to ask and was told to send someone to take a look, but after waiting for half an hour no one came. When I pressed again, they said there was a malfunction. There was no hot water in some rooms today, but they had fixed it (haha, they didn't proactively say it had been fixed), so we were asked to try again. However, there was still no hot water and the front desk said to wait. After two calls, the front desk staff was unapologetic. After waiting for a while, there was still no reply. We were exhausted after playing all day and just wanted to take a shower and go to bed quickly, so I called again to ask. This time I was very unhappy and asked them why their efficiency was so low. They said that no one came after more than half an hour. The front desk asked me not to quarrel with her, and I said, can I complain to your manager? She just said she would send someone right away. This time, in less than 5 minutes, an Asian lady who could speak some Chinese came over and her attitude was quite friendly. Except for the poor quality of some service staff, other aspects are okay
