OK, parking is a bit expensive

The room is large and tidy, and the overall service is okay. After checking in, I went to the room and found that the toilet was broken. After I told the front desk, a staff member came to repair it soon. The service was good.

The breakfast had to be purchased separately, a little disappointing. I was looking for a coffee with a Grab and Go morning snack. The breakfast was very good.

Those rooms need a full renovation furniture in the room where I stay missing pieces by the fridge area dirty carpet not nice

Not dirty but didn’t feel super clean. There were old stains on the couch, etc.

First, I did not get the room I reserved! They said ******* was supposed to notify me they did have the room I reserved over a week in Advance. They tried to resolve the issue with free dinner and breakfast but it was still an inconvenience and poor communication

Went to visit family. Not a lot around but staff was very friendly and hotel was nice. My kids loved the pool. Hot tub was under construction. Got a txt message daily checking on my stay. Located near industrial area so no restaurants around but nice and quiet and nice hotel would stay again.

The only thing I was disappointed about was the pool. It was closed the 2 days we were there, and my kids were looking forward to taking a swim. The staff were excellent, the room was nice, the location was good as it was right off the exit. I felt safe. Some other guests were smoking ********* but it didn’t bother me since I was able to get away from where they were. The price was good, so I would definitely return.

The hotel was fine. It was a fire alarm on Sunday morning at 9:30. I understand it happens two or three times a month I think it’s intentional and the hotel should question their behavior.

The hotel room I was room looked out of date. The staff was respectful but I will not stay there again bc the room was not in my standard. The pet fee was reasonable as well

It was a nice place, but the rooms seemed pricey for the area. It was in an industrial area so there weren’t any restaurants nearby and only one place to eat in the hotel. We were in town for a funeral so the location was convenient and the property felt like it was in a safe area. The first two days of our stay the staff didn’t seem friendly but on our last day there were nicer people working up front. Housekeeping staff were very nice and hospitable. They work hard to keep the rooms nice and make sure guests are comfortable.

Excellent & professional customer service. Alexander checked me in record time. He was wonderful especially given that I am deaf, he made sure to provide visual communication regarding all services and overall inclusiveness. He texted me once I was settled in the room to make sure the room was comfty and had everything I needed. Most customer services at other hotels tend not to provide efficient communication for deaf customers. Alexander was a rare gem! The property and room were clean, neat and in working order. I ll definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Dated and falling apart… particularly the bathroom vanity area. This hotel charged for everything and anything they possibly could… had a coffee maker in the room, but charged 2$ for a bottle of water. I watched a couple check I. And be handed complimentary watwr, when I questioned being charged I was told only Hilton members get free water and I have to pay 2$ per bottle. When I pointed out that the room had a coffee maker but no water- staff told me “I don’t make the rules”. The laundry at the hotel was coin operated, but not working- so I had to get that refunded. The hotel charged 15.99$ for breakfast- fyi Hotel guests were permitted to openly smoke maryjane which engulfed the entire floor. Keep in mind the majority of guests were there for youth lacrosse activities. The cleanliness was very poor - ants in rooms, and BG carcasses in the window sills at the dining room area. Generally speaking- the worst hotel experience we’ve had- based on several summers of travel for sport tournaments.

This place is old and charges too much. Also service is not available everyday we have to request ahead of time. Breakfast also not included even thou paying so much
