從未試過有酒店員工聯絡客人詢問甚麼時候到達，這是第一次這麼貼心。服務非常細心有禮。酒店地點近地鐵站非常方便，離廣州南站亦很方便，購物和用餐很便利。酒店房間很舒服，顏色比較温馨，適合一家大細或朋友出遊。真是賓至如歸。退房後職員還送給我們礦泉水這樣貼心的酒店怎可能不給5星星。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

房間很臭，奇怪的味道，走廊和房間完全兩個氣味，走廊是正常的，房間裏卻一股味。廁所很小，沒有乾濕分離的，洗個澡坐廁洗手盆都會濕掉。一次性拖鞋是見過質量最差的。這個酒店真的沒有第二次！

酒店前台服務態度非常好，房間住的滿意，東西比較齊全，，酒店還配置了24小時自助洗衣機很方便，離商場和地鐵都比較近，幾分鐘就走到了，交通便利，還可以免費停車，可以的哦~

房間很大采光很好，床墊很舒服，前台服務很好，性價比較，下次還會來這邊玩的時候入住。距離奧園廣場，沙灣古鎮也是近，打車也方便。而且往酒店前面走一點，晚上有挺多宵夜檔
