Worst experience ever. Went to reschedule 2 days prior due to a snow storm and unable to make it there. Was told I would have a $75 rescheduling fee (thought that was a bit ridiculous since I was rescheduling for MORE days). Then 4 days later, after receiving confirmation from ******* that they would charge $75. they charged me $107 for room chrg. then quickly followed by another charge for $257. they didnt actually reschedule my stay, instead decided to go for the bigger buck of claiming it was a no show, and charging whatever they pleased. When ******* attempted to get in contact with the manager, they never replied and instead had to be called multiple times in order to say they would refuse to refund anything.
Absolutely the worst customer service. A true scam.
