全五分評價送給這裏的服務，我很少寫這麼多評論，實在是有太多優點。一來就免費升級了陽台房，入住冒雨在車上幫拿行李，進房間送來一次性用品籃，晚餐吃飯送來花生飲料，走的時候送上伴手禮。服務員全程真摯的服務態度，可以説比我見過的所有五星級酒店服務都好。4樓的餐廳師傅廚藝很好，晚上的俄餐分量足，3個人吃了兩頓，早餐也很豐富。

可能是住過的早餐最豐盛的酒店，本來定的沒含早餐，酒店直接送了6份，細節做得很好，免費給我們升級家庭小童房，一次性浴巾，小禮物，幫提行李。樓下院子裏小孩很喜歡玩假期第一天很好的體驗。剛進呼倫貝爾第一晚住的，優勢太明顯，對比太強烈，以至於後面幾天的酒店總是不滿意😔

因為臨時打算在額爾古納多玩一天，去白樺林和國家濕地公園，所以延住一天，選了價位較低的大床房，但店方同意繼續住昨天價位較高的家庭房，贊一個！
這家的早餐太讚了，品種多不説，做得還特別地道，細節太豐富了，尤其是羊雜湯，一點羶味沒有，紅棗粥居然是去核的！

來呼倫貝爾七天特意將這家設為最後一站，果然沒有讓我們失望！進入大堂後就感受到了家一般的温暖，門口放了很多小零食專業禮賓員會把行李幫助我們送上樓，還給我們寫了暖心小紙條，最後還送了我們伴手禮，是當地有名的大列巴，味道很正宗！房間也很不錯，原先的大床房升級了之後，是一個帶小陽台的家庭房，裝修特別温馨；晚上洗澡水也巨熱，早上的早餐特別豐盛，起來的時候沒想到還有辦公區域！
